The directions said to apply to a clean cotton pad, I am lazy & just spritzed it directly onto my face, lol. I use it after my cleanser & eye cream and follow with my serum in my morning beauty regime. I would say that it isn’t drying, nor too hydrating – which is why it works so well in the day under my make up.
It makes my skin feel refreshed and clean.
I pair this toner with Epionce’s Lytic plus Tx for optimal results.

I use this Epionce Balancing Toner everyday after I wash in the morning, sometimes at night depending if I wash before bed. I have pretty normal skin. No acne, except the occasional hormonal ones. I’m 40 yrs old and have noticed my skin is tending to be on the dryer side since being in my 20’s. This stuff is great in helping my skin stay more hydrated, not dry & oily at the same time, if that makes sense. Lol. Here is what I really love this product for. I wax my eyebrows and my lip. Yes, I admit it, I wax my lip. Yikes! But, I can directly spray this on my freshly waxed skin and it actually will calm the sting of the wax. It also takes down the redness from waxing and I don’t get those horrible little breakouts from the wax. Even when I go to a salon I would get breakouts, no matter where I went, a upper end salon or a corner store salon. This stuff really balances the PH in your skin and makes it feel amazing. I also love the little tingle you get from spraying on freshly washed skin!
