i am subscribed to this cream because I find it wonderful for my skin. The texture is neither thick or thin, and since it absorbs quickly there is no struggle with it. I see firmness in my arms; it takes away also every itch which then disappears quickly. I love also that the cream is shipped in a glass container therefore environmentally correct too! I had a similar cream which was also good but this one wins just for the fact that it is in a glass container. Please don’t change neither the formula of the cream nor the container. We must try to keep this world forward and plastic can drown us: better now than never.

I used this cream on my feet to help me sleep. Taking a magnesium supplement didn’t work for me.
With this product I slept all night and woke feeling great. I am almost 80 and my sleep is usually interrupted at night and then I can’t sleep for several hours, and then crash just before dawn.

Pros:
– It’s both topical magnesium and a moisturizing cream, with ingredients like coconut oil and shea butter. It does a good job of hydrating the skin and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy.
– I appreciate the fact that it contains no added scents so it’s not distracting or irritating for people with sensitive skin.
– It’s made in the UK which is cool.
Cons:
– The jar seems a bit small at 120 mL. Not a good size for daily or frequent use.

Not sure how it works for everyone else, but for me and my son it works wonders. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and have been getting leg and foot cramps every night. Since using I haven’t had any. My son is 2 and we put it on before bed on his legs and feet and it really seems to help him relax and he stay asleep. He hasn’t slept a full night since he was born.(ugh!) Since using he has more restful nights than before. He will actually stay down all night. Not sure if it’s just him growing or if it’s helping he with the restlessness. I think the lotion it working it’s magic. Smells amazing and goes on like a dream. Great for massaging. A little goes along way.

It arrived in a timely manner and exactly as described. It helps slightly with foot issues, but has not made me sleepy at all. The only difference between this and a fairly decent moisturizer. Is the added magnesium.

This is very creamy and lightweight. Not at all like the consistency of Other magnesium topical creams that I’ve had. Which I liked about it. But unfortunately, it doesn’t work as well as the heavier greasier creams. Smells great tho!

The first time I purchased it, it was very creamy I loved it, easy to put on the bottom of my feet.
The last time it is so watered down it drips all over my clothes and the floor.

I am not convinced that the magnesium is adding more than the effects of the massage but it does make my tennis elbow feel better.
