I ordered the Browning Lotion – By the Tanning Club Store, 5 oz. The product came with a foil seal under the cap for tamper proofing and to avoid leaks. The bottle is clear so the brown color that you are seeing is the color of the lotion however, when I rubbed the lotion in, I do not see evidence of this color on my skin. So I do not believe this product is mean to be used as a bronzer but rather as a tanning aid or amplifier. I used this product on a test patch on my arm and shoulder and spent about two hours in the sun. It is November here in the SE US so I have a pretty good base tan as summer is just wrapping up here. I did not notice that the test area became more tan looking after application. I am hopeful that after winter when I am less tan, that this product will help me build up a base tan faster.
The lotion itself is fairly thick and very moisturizing. There is a medium to light nutty fragrance. As noted above the lotion is brown but looks clear rubbed in. I had no issues with staining of towels, clothing or hands. At $28 for 5 ounces, I do find this to be on the pricy side for a plain moisturizer so I am really hopeful that I see tanning benefits in the spring when I try it again. I ill update if I obtain different results later.

This browning lotion is a medium brown color as it comes out of the bottle, but does not change skin color when applied. It is moisturizing, but not thick, and also has a light but pleasant scent.
I applied this lotion to one of my arms before going out in the sun. After a few hours, I saw little difference, if any, in the color on the arm with the lotion compared to the arm without the lotion. It may be that the effect is so gradual that it needs multiple uses to make a noticeable difference. I also have very fair skin so this may work better on someone with a base tan or darker complexion. For me it did not deliver the “fast deep, dark tan” as listed in the product description.

This came sealed. The color is a light brown, and it is a thin consistency that blends in easily to your skin. The scent of this is quite lovely too. It also works great with my sensitive skin. I can’t wait to see how tan my skin will get while using this when it gets a bit warmer out, or if I go on vacation somewhere before then!!

This is a really nice tan enhancing lotion. It’s lightweight with a pleasant scent and also feels very moisturizing. I can’t wait to use it next summer.

I like the big name ingredients. There’s a long list of other stuff too. It has a light scent for an accelerator. I’ve used different brands in Hawai’i that have a stronger scent. It’s not a dark brown substance. It rubs in fairly quick. Overall, I like the smell and feel; although, I’m used to the stronger ones. I’m careful with sun exposure though not fair skin. You definitely want to use common sense and not over exposure just to get a dark tan. Overall, the product’s fine.

The Tanning Club Browning Lotion helps give you a nice glow before or after you have a nice base tan. It comes in a sealed package to keep the product safe. The scent is really nice and smells like the beach. It works best if you exfoliate and moisturize before use. Make sure to wash your hands afterwards and really let it sink in or you will risk stains.
