Great product…. easy to apply. The dosage is so easily absorbed through my skin that I had to reduce the pump quality a little as became oestrogen dominant. I found this easy to do and are very happy with how I now feel …. once again I feel like a woman!

I thought I would try this because I’m having some minor hot flashes in the middle of the night. I am going to be 61 soon, so, so far so good it seems to be working. At least there are no side effects that I’m detecting. It’s a nice moisturizer and I put about a nickel size amount on my whole face and neck. It doesn’t leave me oily or greasy and it’s gone by the next morning. I don’t know, I really like it but maybe check with your doctor before using it. Everyone’s estrogen needs are different. I haven’t used it very long and I’m about to get my hormones checked so when I do, I’ll know how much is getting absorbed.

Solution first. Many people complain about the pump not being reliable. Store it upside down. First bang the lid on your hand like you would with an almost empty bottle. This gets the product where it should be and eliminates any air bubbles. Then, Store it upside down. On the lid. No more unreliable pumps. Second, this product works magic. I would highly recommend to anyone needing replacement. Very high quality, and consistent results. Neutral smell, and fast absorption.

Okay, I’m in my 60’s and never used estrogen, etc when I went through menopause. I started putting this on my face, neck and chest area nightly. I wake up with soft, bouncy skin. I took a before picture and when the 90 days is up I’ll take an after picture, so I’ll be back, but I can already tell a difference in my smaller lines. Let’s see how this does 90 days from now. I’m 47 and started having very mild hot flashes during the day and insomnia at night, despite working out as normal and having very long days. I also lost the ability to focus properly and get things done at work. My brain refused to cooperate. I started taking this to add to the progesterone I was already taking for many years. I use two pumps per day instead of the regular four, because my symptoms were mild and I wasn’t having mood swings. I was just a bit low and worn out really. It has helped. Sleeping gradually got better, hot flashes still occurred but didn’t get worse, I never had night sweats (thank god), and was ‘with it’ at work. This was the most important for me as I have a demanding job. What us women go through, honestly. My weight had increased suddenly prior to taking this despite never skipping exercise (menopausal weight gain really is the worst). The estriol enabled me to perform better at the gym, another important factor. I wasn’t going to the gym tired anymore. So I could do more volume and get even stronger. I haven’t lost the weight yet despite months of consistent, intense weight training (& 3 months since taking the cream). But I’ve reduced in size slooowly. I will get there. I take the weekend off this stuff, mainly because I want to ride out menopause and not need to take creams for life. It is powerful so better to under dose than over dose.
