I’ve been using this for 5 days and have had no breakouts or other skin issues. My skin doesn’t need calamine lotion but I like the soothing effect it has on my skin anyway. This is a mineral sunscreen so there is a slight whitening of the skin, a little bit of pink too which is fine for evening out uneven skin tone if you’re the right base color already. I’m an N1 in most makeup brands so whitening/pinkening is not going to be that noticeable on me — so take my experience with a grain of salt. I put it on one side of my thigh and not the other so you can see the difference that the zinc makes. It’s very noticeable in the photo but I think it would not be as noticeable if it was applied all over the skin. I had slight eye irritation about an hour after application when I rubbed my eye during a meeting.

In the summer, I get heat rashes so I have to be careful what kind of sunscreen I use. This one looks more white than pink to me. It blends into my skin fully and leaves it nice and dewy looking. I have had no issues with skin irritation with this product and it has kept my skin protected.

I use K beauty products almost exclusively and all of the sunscreens I use are from Korea or Japan and have been for many years. Western sunscreens always caused my eyes to burn even if I didn’t apply them close to them. I eventually discovered how much better the filters used in Asian sunscreens are and made the switch. I only use the chemical sunscreens and didn’t expect to like this mineral sunscreen, but because it is from a K beauty brand I know, I decided it was worth a try.
I am fair skinned so these tinted or tone up sunscreens generally work well for me. This sunscreen has a brightening and evening effect on my fair skin. It has silicone in it an you can feel that during application. With a two finger application as is the norm to get proper sunscreen coverage, this blends quickly and easily, more easily than another Korean tone up sunscreen I had been using that is more expensive than this one. I was surprised by how soothing and smooth this sunscreen felt and it blended so well. It has not irritated my skin or eyes. My skin is between normal and dry this time of year in my current climate and this left a bit if a glowy finish on my skin. Overall, I like it a lot and will probably purchase it over the other tone up/tinted Korean sunscreen I had been using.

This MAKE P:REM Soothing Pink Tone Up Sun Cream is really nice! It is non-nano zinc with a pretty pink color. I was a little worried that the calamine lotion would leave a pink cast, but it absorbs into my medium light skin really well and complements my skin tone. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy, but it is moisturizing enough. It’s also free of added fragrance and has a neutral, fresh scent which I really appreciate. Recommend.

I try to use a daily spf to protect against aging but I don’t actually like applying daily sunscreen. Mineral sunscreens usually feel too heavy and chemical sunscreens sometimes leave my eyes burning.
First thing I noticed about this product is that it presumably has not gone through legal channels to be sold in the United States. Sunscreens in the US are OTC Drug products and require a drug facts box stating the active components that make it a sunscreen and independent testing will have confirmed the statements made on the package. That said, it appears the sunscreen has been independently tested, and sunscreen ingredients are on the pack. I am in no way indicating this is not an effective sunscreen product, but this company should be playing by the same rules as anyone else that wants to sell a product in US. Different countries have different requirements and companies should abide by those.
In case anyone is wondering, this is a Zinc Oxide sunscreen with Butyloctyl Salicylate added as a booster.
In terms of my actual enjoyment of this product, I think it is a fine sunscreen for daily use. I have very fair skin so although it leaves a faint white cast initially, with minor rubbing I can get it to blend nicely into my skin. The pink tone works well for my light skin and I like the effect it gives. It is not greasy feeling and not too pasty feeling either, so in terms of texture it is sitting right in a perfect space that I don’t mind the feeling of it on my face. It stays in place well and I only start to get a slight burning sensation in my eyes if I don’t immediately wash it off in the shower. Some sunscreens will burn if you even get a little bit in your eye.
In terms of this product for all–I am not sure if the pink tone is appropriate for all skin types, particularly I wonder if darker skin types will have an issue with the pinkness and white cast. Those with sensitive skin may want to try this out in a small area first before applying all over the place because there are SIXTEEN botanical extracts/oils listed on the ingredient list. I tend to be a minimalist and would prefer these not be in there since the more extracts, the more likely you will be to have a reaction. I personally do not have sensitive skin so they weren’t a problem but those with sensitive skin may want to take note.
Overall I definitely liked this product and will continue to use it. Definitely different than any other sunscreen I have tried in a good way!

This is a really nice sun cream for dry skin. It did its job while I was in the sun consistently on a cruise. The one negative: It will look white on anyone that is darker than Snow White. If you have a tan or you are a melanin king/queen, don’t choose this.

タイムセール前に買ったのでちょっと残念でしたが、買って良かったです。
みずみずしいテクスチャーなので目の下とか塗りやすくて、シワもなぜか目立たなくなる。
時間が経つとさらっとするのでこれからの季節にちょうどよく、塗ってる感がないぐらい軽いです。
あとかなりトーンアップしますが、時間が経つと白浮きはなくなり、夕方まで明るい肌でいられます。
肌のきれいな人はこれにパウダーだけでも大丈夫かと。
注意点としては乾燥するので、保湿してから塗った方が良いです。
普通の洗顔フォームでは落ちなかったので、メイクも落とせる洗顔料やクレンジングが必要です。

Ordered this sunscreen as I have never tried a pink sunscreen with calamine incorporated into the cream. I also appreciate that it is an SPF 50 as that is what I use now that I am in my 50’s and try to avoid age spots. This sunscreen did apply nicely to my skin and had a very light scent. I took one star away from the product as the container is quite small and the cost of the sunscreen is high for the amount of product received.
