Having middle-aged tan Asian skin that suffers from dark spots caused by sun damage and acne scars- I realized that I needed to add some whitening/brightening treatments to my skin care to address those issues. When I found this product I was hesitant to try it out- I didn’t want to change my skin tone- I just wanted to fade those dark spots. I read that niacinamide and arbutin were both ideal for this issue, and this mask contains both. I tried this out and was so pleased with the result from the first use- I woke up with glowing, soft skin. From then on for almost two years, I have used it twice a week immediately after cleansing with Mario Badescu Glycolic Foaming Cleanser with radiant results. I’m not sure if it has caused the dark spots to fade on its own because I also use other glycolic and vitamin c products but the fact that I can leave it on overnight, and that it softens and brightens my skin so much is worth buying it alone. I don’t know what I’ll do when I run out of my current bottle ☹️

Works okay. However, there is no way to open once the pump no longer gives any product. On all products, there is usually quite a bit of product left after the pump quits working & you can scrap that out for several more uses. For the price, not a lot of uses.
