Everything in here is fantastic, except the cicapair color correcting treatment. I am the color of paper, and when I use the treatment it goes SUPER tan on me. But the other products are wonderful and really help alleviate my rosacea

I like that this has an assortment of products to try. But, tbh, the color correcting SPF was why I ordered it. To see other people’s reviews, it looks like it works like magic.
Unfortunately, I found yet again, you can’t believe everything you see on the Internet.
I am on a constant search for a good moisturizer/SPF bc I use it daily and it’s kind of my obsession.
If I didn’t know anything about this product, I would give it low rating and toss it. But I will keep using it in case it’s just user error on my part… although I really can’t figure out how to use this in a way that works for my skin type.
I have medium olive skin. This goes on with an obvious white cast that disperses a bit but still makes me look a shade paler than I am. I don’t know how it will look on even darker skin tones. I have dry areas but routinely moisturize so I didn’t habe any actively flaky areas when I tried this. The green cream goes on and feels a little tacky and it’s a little difficult to rub in. I was worried it wouldn’t “melt” into my skin so much as settle on top of it – and that’s totally what this does. Especially around my nose – I just see product awkwardly apparent…looking a bit dry.
I think I will need to figure out how to mix this into some sort of moisturizer to help it blend and settle better. Very disappointing given the price point and hype.
I still think it may be worth trying – maybe it will work better for you and your skin type. But I truly haven’t found a “color correcting” or “foundation replacing” SPF moisturizer that isn’t problematic.
I’ll post a pic but it’s so hard to photograph. Just be aware that if you’re out and about, it will be obvious that you have product on your face bc this settles in dry areas or nooks (esp around nose) and give you an extra dusty/dry/flaky look. Iykyk.

This is a wonderful travel skincare set. Dr. Jart, a recognized brand name in Korean skincare. I like the variety of the items in here. For people with sensitive skin like me, I really like this. It is a little bit more substantial than a trial set. It really is the whole routine, from cleansing to pampering, it feels like it could be a great part of a vacation. I think that the color-correcting cream with SPF is interesting, I haven’t used many of these before – just standalone spf. It is rated at 30SPF though, which I would say is more on the minimal side. I would’ve liked to see 50, but I don’t think it is a huge deal. Of course, when you see the shade of this cream online, you could instantly tell whether or not that shade works for your skin tone.

I am in love with everything included in this travel set! I have combo skin, sensitive, rosacea, and am pale. If you’d like to see the ingredients lists for each product, they’re in my photos. For most of the products, niacinamide is decently low on the ingredient list, just fyi. I haven’t experienced any irritation so far.
The tiger grass color correcting cream has a lovely finish. I can get away with not wearing foundation over it, but it evens my skin out so well that I definitely have to add some color back in. If you want to wear it on its own, any shine can easily be toned down with setting powder or spray if needed. It still looks great at the end of the day, really long lasting. A little goes a long way, so this jar should last awhile. It blends really easily, too. Does pair well with my other makeup.
The Cicapair foaming cleanser is super gentle and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped of moisture (it contains glycerin!) I feel like it does a pretty good job of removing residue, but I do use a gentle micellar water first to make sure my sunscreen and stuff dissolves before I actually wash with a cleanser.
One of my favorites so far is the Cicapair intensive soothing repair cream. It’s a thicker, waxy/silky type cream, but it doesn’t take a ton to cover your face. It’s green coming out of the tube, but there’s no color once applied to skin. It has so many high quality ingredients to help repair skin’s barrier, soothe, and lock in mousture. I personally wouldn’t think this would wear well under makeup; I think it’s more for PM routine use. It is incredibly nourishing and really helps my skin a lot.
Lastly, the intensive soothing repair serum mask feels amazing. It’s a cellulose sheet mask with a gel like fabric, packed with serum. I wore it for about 20 minutes and massaged in any remaining serum. It’s incredibly hydrating, cooling, and soothing. It contains a lot of the same ingredients as the aforementioned cream.
If you’d like to dip your toes into the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair line, I’d highly recommend giving this kit a try to see if your skin agrees with the commonly used ingredients between the products. As someone with sensitive/reactive skin and rosacea, I’m really thrilled that I can actually use all the products.

I’d been wanting to try Dr Jart cicapair for a while but was concerned my skin wouldn’t love it. This travel size set is perfect t for an introduction to these products. Turns out my skin loves them, they have helped a lot with redness in the cheeks. Now I have to buy the bigger sizes, they’re amazing!
