Insta tox covers my deep forhead wrinkles and lip wrinkles. I don’t use under my eyes it looks weird. Don’t apply too much or it turns white

Was hoping to have great results like some reviewers but no such luck. The results were pretty good at first but the temporary firming lasted only about an hour or 2. Disappointing.
I have tried the Instant FirmX by Peter Thomas Roth, Plexaderm, and Westmore 60-Second Eye Effects. If I had to rate this it would be bottom of the list for longevity and effectiveness. But #1 for price value. It’s the least expensive one if you want to try a temporary firming cream. In terms of general performance it works the same as the other ‘firming’ creams I listed. It does have some actual skincare ingredients in it, which is nice as most others do not.
1. It can only be applied on clean dry skin with no serums or creams or it will not ‘firm’
2. Can’t be used with liquid makeup
3. It will leave a white residue if too much is used
4. Must not move the areas where applied for at least 3 minutes
Some women have liked this much better than others out there so it effectiveness seems to be based on individual skin type. I like it and will continue to use it, but I won’t purchase again.
I am not impressed. I have used insta tox which works great over makeup and I have used a couple others . I’m going to give this more than two days and hoping this product improves over time. –
This was my moms but me being a guy I used it and was I excited when it worked for me.

After being repeatedly bombarded with ads all over YouTube, I had high hopes for this product. I ordered the product. I was first disappointed that I was forced to buy two in order to just be able to try it. But I thought that if it worked as well as it did in the advertisements, it would be worth it. I followed the instructions when testing the product. The instructions say to have a clean undereye area ( that was suspicious right there. Why would I have to leave my undereye area completely dry and tight for the product to work?) Anyway, I applied a tiny amount, even smaller than recommended, but enough to thoroughly cover the undereye area of both eyes. After 10 minutes, my undereyes were pulled down with white flaky borders at the edges of where the product stopped. I tried mixing it with my moisturizer and there was just no effect whatsoever. I noticed that the models used in the ads were all mature/older white women. I’m a 61 year old black women with brown skin. I don’t know if you just couldn’t see the white flakiness on their skin, or if it didn’t happen, or what? But even when I tried to smooth out the flakes with a little water as directed, it still looked like a very dry, pulled down, unnatural-looking area. I even tried to pat on concealer hoping this would help. Nothing worked. Keep in mind, I only have a pretty small puffiness under my right eye. If the product was going to work, it should have been able to tighten that small puffiness up. I don’t recommend this product! Don’t buy it!

This product works amazingly well, ESPECIALLY if you have eye bags. Do I have eye bags? Dang straight, I do…and they’re hereditary (gee, thanks Mom 🙄). But until I can afford plastic surgery – which will be next to never (thanks, Biden) – this will do the trick. I swear – this can take 15 YEARS off your appearance. No joke. I experimented with this to see, too. Don’t believe me? Well check this out: I went to the same type of outing, same people, same time, same makeup, etc. However, one time I used Instatox & one time I didn’t.
WITH product: I got compliments & big smiles all around
WITHOUT product: People were asking me if I was tired, not feeling well, overall concern.
What did I learn?
1. I’m getting older by the millisecond
2. My bags are the size Louis Vuitton luggage satchels
3. I look as tired as I feel (surprise, surprise)
Otherwise, some IMPORTANT NOTES to consider:
* A little goes a long way with this – less is more (which is good b/c it’s expensive)
* Product is NOT buildable; you CANNOT apply more b/c layering it results in whitish gray patches, stickiness and cracking
* Play with it a few times before an important event – the Annual Christmas Party is not the time to first try it out
* Let it dry completely WITHOUT making any facial expressions (I use a small fan and/or a stiff card I stash in my vanity drawer just for this
* If you didn’t apply enough (or, even worse, missed a big spot), try using a gel roller like Neutrogena or Garnier to apply a thin coating and let dry again…DO NOT BLOT
Anyway, I hope this helps y’all! It’s sooooo much better than the products from years ago that left you with conspicuous white, alligator scale-like splotches!!

I put three stars so this would be read or it would be less. I hope the photo shows. I cropped it. I’m a male 55 yrs., doesn’t smoke, eats healthy, works out, no allergies but I drinks wine. My point-trying to get rid of the puffiness and a little darkness of getting older. This product works for hours and it’s instant, but I have only used it 4-5 times in the am after a clean face. Also, tapped on with the ring finger and not much product used at all. I shook the product each time before use. If you don’t it will look clear. Shaking made it a tan to light brown opaque liquid. The underside of my eyes are now burning and red. They look and feel like I have been in a tanning booth for an hour. No, I haven’t tanned either. I honestly hope this goes back to my original issue. Right now it’s embarrassing and I’m worried.

Despite the non makeup limitation I decided to try it but applied it, let it dry and smooth out wrinkles an hour or more before applying YSL. And I stopped putting makeup on my chin. The only place Instatox does very little is deep lip lines. . I am sad about that but it helps small lines in cheeks and eyes and chin. I am satisfied but will hunt for lip line help until I have an acid peel.

Love this product! I put on my liquid foundation first. Once that is dry I use a very small amount of insta tox for under my eyes. I put some on one of my index fingers, then lightly rub the two index fingers together. Then I apply by tapping, not rubbing, the product under my eyes. So good!😊

Really doesn’t work well for long and after shaking for at least 2 mins still dries white powder
