I thought it came broken because it doesn’t have a pump so I got a replacement and it also came without a pump. I spoke to a sunbum representative and they told me it is supposed to be like that. It is a new technology they added called ‘air pump’. The sunscreen is AMAZING! It’s not heavy at all yet suitable for my dry sensitive skin. Tint is not heavy either and leaves skin beautiful and glowy ✨

🏆 This 30 SPF SunBum tinted Mineral sunscreen is the ONLY sunscreen that doesn’t cause any reaction with the areas I apply retinol on my face❣️❣️❣️ I couldn’t be happier as it’s been a struggle for the last few years to find something that doesn’t cause my face to freak out. For reference I’ve tried every mineral option that EltaMD, ALASTIN, ISDIN, & all the other major brands sold at department stores to no avail. So I googled sunscreens that work well with retinol & this pulled up. It’s 1/3 the price of the high end options I’ve bought from my dermatologist and plastic surgeons office & it totally works great with my skin❣️

Not sure if it’s supposed to be clumpy and sedimented. I had to return it. It’s a real shame because it’s so hard to find a mineral sunscreen with literally no white cast. I tired using it a few times and it really blends into my darker skin well. I just think that the product got sedimented and separated into its components during shipping ; because I don’t see anyone else online having this problem. Or maybe I got a bad batch ?

I got this for a vacation because it has a tint and is water resistant, so thought it would work for light coverage with sun protection. I thought it was a bit thick for a tropical vacation. However, now that I am home and have had more chances to use it in my day-to-day, I am enjoying it (especially for winter). I am white and have light skin, so the tint provides just enough coverage for my skin tone. I am not sure how it would look on deeper skin tones, but I imagine it would leave a significant cast. I think the brand should expand the color range because it is a nice product overall, and there isn’t a huge variety of tinted, water resistant sunscreens at the drugstore. It is pretty thick. It feels like it might be hard to spread on the skin, but once I start warming it up on my fingers, it moves around well on my face. I saw that another commenter said it wasn’t moisturizing, and I disagree. I think it is VERY moisturizing, and even gives my skin a glow (it is pretty shiny) after working in the dry operating room all day. I wear a mask and it doesn’t get dry or crusty either. My comparison product is a similar sunscreen (in multiple shades) by Australian Gold, which has a pretty matte finish, but gets very dry under a mask. I am a woman who wears makeup, so am not sure how this would be for those who do not wear makeup. I like it for the light coverage, but understand that this look may not be desirable for some.
Overall: tint will probably not work for all skin tones, thick and moisturizing, water resistant, provides light coverage, good for dry weather

I love this stuff. It’s tinted and rubs in without any kind of white film on your face, like most mineral sun screens! Once its on and gets rubbed in, it absorbs and doesn’t feel greasy or cause breakouts.

I bought Sun Bum Daily Mineral Sunscreen Moisturizer to use when I am in a hurry to get out of the house. It goes on smoothly, blends in quickly and leaves a comfortable, non-sticky, non-greasy finish after about a minute of drying. It is nearly scent-free but does have a slight mineral/metallic smell (typical of unscented zinc-oxide) that is not unpleasant.
I sometimes use it mixed with a bit of foundation for a sheerer coverage. It plays well with my cosmetic foundation and concealer (also containing sunscreen) and adds to the slip when applying for a makeup-less summer look. This moisturizer also works well under makeup as a foundation primer-no pilling or issues with foundation adhesion. This is my go-to routine for quick outings or going into work. If I will be spending more time outside, I go for my tiny tub of Sun Bum’s Clear 50–one of the few broad spectrum sunscreens I can use without irritation or reaction. It is not as light but gives me the protection I need for longer sun exposure and smells great.

The product separates from the tint and the moisturizer and I’m not fully convinced they didn’t send me an expired one with a new date based on the smudge at the bottom looking like it was wiped off and reprinted.
