I was pleasantly surprised that this much-cheaper alternative to other squeeze-tube balms is as moisturizing as it is. Not great but very nice and seems to last an okay amount of time on the lips. The best surprise: the very pretty but subtle sheen, even applied under or over other lip colors. I don’t notice any smell or flavor and am happy this doesn’t have that (to me) disgusting fake citrus or berry flavoring/scent. The bad surprise: the squeeze tube is a two-handed operation — it’s very difficult to express product from this tube and you (or at least I) must use both hands to coax a tiny bit out. And the applicator end of this tube isn’t a lip-friendly or slanted. But again, it’s less than half the price of the Dr. Lipp, so that’s a positive. .

I really wanted to like the Dr.PAWPAW Rich Mocha Balm, but the applicator is a big drawback. It’s quite uncomfortable and doesn’t feel smooth on the lips, making it hard to apply evenly. The product itself is okay, but using it just isn’t pleasant.

I love this product. It’s a balm but it has the most perfect red tint. Apply it on your lips with your finger and then use the leftover product on your finger on your cheeks for a soft dewy blush

How did I not know about this moisturizer before now?? I saw someone’s Instagram post listing their everyday inexpensive must-haves, and this was one of them. As a person who struggles with dry skin and super-dry cuticles, I was sold on the way this product helped the Instagram keep her hands from drying out. And since receiving it, I’ve found it’s working exactly as I’d hoped. I’ve been using it on my hands and especially on my cuticles, and it seems to be working. But I’ve ALSO found it to be helpful for smoothing my hair a little, when getting ready for work. Not a lot, of course – I just use it on my hands and then lightly run them over my hair, and it seems to be keeping flyaways down. It’s great, and I’m going to order more so that I can keep a tube in my purse, one in my car, and another one in my desk at work. I haven’t tried the other versions and can’t speak about them, but the one I’ve used – the green tube with Shea butter – works very well! And it doesn’t have a scent, which is fantastic. Not greasy, just moisturizing; not expensive, just very useful. Perfect!

The “gel” is so thick that it is difficult to squeeze out of the tube. And I really don’t feel the product is anything more than a decent chapstick or Vaseline.

Got the purple overnight lip mask one. Love the feeling of this product when initially applied, very smooth, very similar to lip gloss. However, I haven’t changed anything in my diet or skincare/lip care routine and I’ve had more dryness on my actual lips than normal and red flaky dryness on the corners of my mouth which I’ve never experienced before. I can only assume it’s from this product. Bummed that I spent almost $10 on it and it didn’t do what it was intended to. Not even 1/4 through it and I’ll likely throw it out.
