It seems like they changed the formula from around 5~6 years ago, but it still works well for me. I only have to apply it 2~4 times a day.

I used to love this product because it would heal my chapped lips right away. I decided to buy this pack because I like having one in my car, one in my purse, and one in my bathroom so I go through them quickly. However, I have been using this up to 10x daily for 30 days for my chapped lips, but it has shown no improvement.
I’m not sure if they changed the formulation, but I’m not so satisfied. I had to try a new brand, as suggested by a friend.

Competition: I was a Burt’s Bees honey lip balm user, but as that product started getting harder to find in stores and more expensive when I did find it, I began seeking something else.
Longevity: I’m a frequent lip balm applier, it’s been a month and a day since I started using my first tube and I think I’ve got half of it remaining.
Feel: This was weird, quite different from the Burts, a bit more tacky, but not off-putting.
Flavor: Subtle, but very pleasant.
Effects: My lips are unmistakably healthier. (Obviously YMMV.)
Price: This 18 pack costs about as much as 2.4 of the Burt’s 4 packs (ie: 9.5 tubes). It’s nearly half the price.
I hope this is still around and still the great value when I finish off this 18 pack, but unless I start giving away tubes, it could be a while.

I received one of these at a baby shower and was so impressed. First lip balm I ever had that did not dry my lips or crack them after an hour. I guess I was allergic to some ingred in them but not this one.

We have tried so many brands of lip balm over the years with every type of base, and finally found the ONE. This balm the only one that keeps lips smooth and moisturized all year round. No more cracking or peeling, which usually happens when the weather changes, especially in the cold months. I also use it as a base layer under lipstick to keep my lips from drying.
I bought the 18 pack of the honey, which was very affordable. It goes on really thick and smooth, has a very light flavor/scent to it (nothing that gets in the way of enjoying food or drink), it’s long lasting, and mildy sweet, due to the monk fruit extract. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet, so I do wish there was a combination18 pack so we can try them all. It’s a just a fantastic product and I am sticking with it.

Good value and I’ve gotten used to these but I prefer the lip balm that is a bit softer/more moist that goes on your lips a bit smoother and more easily. This is a bit harder and you need to press down a bit more. I suppose it is a matter of personal preference but I’d pick something else (for me) next time. I do like having a box of them, at a fair price, so not unhappy. Just like the balm to be a bit softer.

Very effective and moisturizing!
I am very pleased with my purchase (lavender and lemon) and will be buying from this seller again in the future. It was very effective in moisturizing my cracked and wounded lips immediately after applying it only one time. This lip balm did not dry my lips at all. It healed my son’s lips as well that were cracked right in the middle and were bleeding. The next day it looked a whole lot better and is healing now. Some customers complained about the smell. Not sure why. We like the scent of lavender and lemon lip balm, have not tried the honey yet. Some were complaining about it being sticky. I feel some stickiness on my lips, but not much. It has honey as one of the ingredients, so that explains why. However, it does not bother me at all, especially when I know it is very healing and protecting my lips. I definitely recommend this product.
