I really, really like the scent of this. The orange/cinnamon scent is so unique and I’ve honestly never tried another lip product like it. I think this would make a really unique stocking stuffer, especially for men who might like the more natural scent instead of the typical minty or fruity lip balm scents. However, I have to admit that the texture isn’t my favorite. It’s a bit gritty, which is odd, and has a very soft consistency. You have to be sure to not twist up too much product, or when you apply too much will come off onto your lips. I can deal with the softness, but for me, the grittiness is difficult to get past. It does seem to be moisturizing, but I can’t say this is one I’ll necessarily be reaching for out of all my other lip products.

So the flavor combo or orange cinnamon sounded good but it just doesn’t work for me.
Gives it a weird scent and “flavor”.
The biggest problem I have with this is the fact that I have to reapply this during the day more times than when I use my regular ole chapstick.
The price of 6.99 for one tube is ridiculous as well. I can buy a whole multipack of my preferred brand for that price

I tried it two nights in a row instead of my usual lip balm, and I woke up both nights with my lips super dry. I will stick to my usual.

I love the scent & flavor of this Soap Factory – Natural Lip Balm; the orange & cinnamon work so very well together, giving you a very pleasant-tasting balm.
It is a bit gritty, and it’s a much softer balm than what I’m used to, but it goes on nicely and actually soothes cracked lips.
My only complaint is the turn wheel at the bottom; my balm gets stuck inside a lot, because I am unable to push it up.
Other than that, I am a fan of this balm, the scent/flavor is fantastic for year-around use.

I love the orange and cinnamon taste of this SOAP FACTORY chapstick. It’s a bit gritty feeling, more so than most of your handmade chapsticks, but not as bad as when I tried to make chapstick myself. Even so, I don’t have an issue with this chapstick; I enjoy using it and would consider buying it again.

I got this because the combination of citrus and cinnamon intrigued me. I was pleasantly surprised how much I like this product. The combination blends well and has just the right amount of scent and aroma to not overpower anything. It’s pleasant and I would describe it as “spicy”, like that kind of Christmas spice you smell around the holidays. It’s kind of gritty when you first touch it to your lips and then it immediately starts melting and dissolving in. I LOVE that. It’s not greasy or overly runny. It hydrates my lips well. I have a lot of chapsticks around the house that I use because I got a bill of them as a gift. However I’ve been reaching for this one every time now. I really like it and can tell the company puts a lot of care into making it.

This product was delivered to me on a very hot day and was rather melted when I received it. I put it in the refrigerator before actually using it. The product works well enough. I have noticed my lips are not as dry when I use this balm. The balm is a little gritty, which I do not know if that is a result of it melting or the organic formula.

My June 2023 order of ‘Soap Factory Natural Lip Balm Orange and Cinnamon’ arrived with an Expiration Date of January 2025 on the box. Unfortunately neither the box nor the balm dispenser itself had any consumer seal on it (to prevent tampering). The box indicates the product is Made in the EU and distributed by Soap Factory in the US.
I’m a lip balm addict. I must have 10 of them scattered around my house and vehicle all the time. Sadly most lip balms don’t seem to do much and definitely don’t seem to last very long on your lips. I have my favorite two which I tend to use most of the time, but I’m always on the hunt for new players.
This Soap Factory Natural Lip Balm just made my favorite list. The scent of orange and cinnamon is definitely unique, and you can taste both once applied, too. The balm is very soft (in a good way) – not hard or waxy like many. So far after a few days I’ve been impressed with how long the balm lasts as well. One of my go-to balms is beeswax-based, and this balm reminds me of that a bit but with more flavor and lasting power. Will definitely purchased again, especially in cold weather. (Since this balm is so soft, it might be a problem to keep in your car in the summer.)
