they say “if you have a cab issue they will replace it “
I think if you are going to order directly from MARA , put a note in your order stating
you want one to two replacement caps with order
so you have it at the time of the issue

Ordered the new version but was still shipped the old. I love this product but the tube breaks each time I order it so I was looking forward to the new packaging.

I have purchased multiple lip treatments this winter. This is one of the two that worked on my EXTREMELY dry, peeling, cracking lips. The other treatment that been working really well too is Calendula ointment. Both are used a few times daily (or mix them together). They stay on well & usually just need reapplying after eating & brushing teeth. They work even better if applied after wiping lips w “water.”

The MARA – Natural Sea Silk Lip Balm comes in a small tube. It is easy to squeeze out a small amount. It has a petroleum feel and glides on smoothly. I don’t detect much of a scent.
The balm provides instant hydration and helps protect lips from the elements. It soaks in quickly and lasts for a while. It stays on pretty well. I can even sip my coffee without it coming off. Overall, I’m satisfied with the Mara Lip Balm. If I lived in a cold climate, this would be a must!

Lol I read the reviews before buying this and I totally ignored the ones complaining about the cap breaking but yeah my cap broke too, if you tighten it the tube pokes a hole through the plastic of the cap. Also not the most moisturizing lip balm out there but it’s pretty good for a vegan balm.
