One thing to keep in mind is that you can’t let this sit in direct sun. But you can keep it in your car in the summertime and it won’t melt. Great taste, too

I was really hopeful to have chapstick that didn’t melt in my car. Sadly this still melted.

I trust this product to keep inside of my car and hiking bag in extreme heat. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I can attest that this lip balm stays solid 99% of the time. There was one time that it must have been in extreme heat AND direct sunlight. It must have melted and then resolidified inside the container without spilling out or making any mess. It was an anomaly. I was able to continue using it without any issues. It happened with my first stick. After several months I finally needed to buy a 2nd stick, but it hasn’t melted again, even with much hotter temperatures this summer, so maybe there has been an improvement in the formula since I bought the first stock. I will continue to buy this brand! I’ve only tried the orange blossom scent, which has a good moderate strength, not too highly scented, but you can still smell something while using it.

This is my “emergency” lip balm because it has no SPF, but after getting sick of the SPF 50 aftertaste from my Paula’s choice, I made the switch until I can find a suitable alternative. I’m in Southern California, and my car is usually in the garage; however, when I’ve taken the car out in 100+ degree heat, the balm really doesn’t melt – and I bought it over a year ago, so if it was going to turn into goop it would have done so already.
If you’re sensitive to scents, you might like this product. I am, and I love it! This is almost exactly like Dr. Bronner’s lip balm but doesn’t melt if you look at it funny. It’s not hard like Chapstick or other cheap balms where your lips have to warm it up before you can apply it. Even in cool weather, it glides on smoothly.
I keep mine in the lower glove compartment away from direct heat – just in case. Every other lip balm I’ve put in the same location melted, but this one did not.

Haven’t hit the highs of the summer yet (90-100 degrees) but I carry this in a small pouch in my car. Had a few days in the upper 80s and so far so good. I usually try to take my things inside but just forgetting one time would leave other lip balms as a puddle in my cupholder/door pouch. This one will get soft but so far hasn’t turned into a goopy mess. During cold weather it will be pretty hard but usually sticking it in your pocket for a few mins is enough to soften it up a bit. Flavor is nothing exceptional, similar to any other basic stick but if you’re looking at this product it’s probably due to the no-melt feature.

This stuff is AMAZING! It seriously is a no-melt lip balm! I live in the south where heat and humidity can make the air outside thick like a sauna. I always keep a few of these on-hand for my kids and I. We love the flavor varieties. Perfect for taking poolside or to the beach when your lips need a little extra hydration. The owner, Paige, is a pleasure to work with, always helpful in my decision making. I buy “goodie bags” and give them out for Teacher Appreciation or friend’s birthday’s. She makes many wonderful things in-house at her little shop in Abbeville, SC. Breezy Quarters has become my favorite supplier of bath and body stuff. My all-time favorite product besides the lip balm is the “Front Porch Sippin” sugar body scrub and lotion. Nothing that I have tried elsewhere made my legs feel so soft and hydrated looking. (Those products are currently available on her website. If you want to try those, order from there. Hopefully if she gets enough sells then she can offer that via Amazon too!) Don’t take my word for it. I’m just a 38 year old female who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years so I know a good product when I see it!
