First thing to note is, I was not able to fully test this products longevity on the skin with other products due to an allergic reaction. I did two tests with the product one on the front of my hand and found no issues. The second test on the back of my wrist and found it became a light red and itchy. I waited a week before trying the product again to allow my skin a break from other factors causing issues. I, unfortunately, had a similar reaction. I did a small test patch on my face to ensure it smooths pores and makes it easier to apply other products and found that those results were very promising. My makeup laid on top of this product very well and my skin had noticeably less natural divets from my pores. The smell is not bad. It is very easy to use. I didn’t see any immediate greasiness or tight feeling skin etc. I wish I could have tested out this product further, but because of the allergic reaction I couldn’t.
Note: I did wash my face immediately after testing the product. I rated it 5/5, because the allergic reaction is not a fault of the product.

I was originally planning on testing TOSOWOONG’s Pore Refiner Cream for a couple of weeks but had to report back when I started noticing results within the first week! The pores on my upper cheeks (near the nose) seem less obvious, and I have seen significantly less nasty sebum on my nose. For an SOS cream, I wasn’t expecting the pleasant light apple-like scent. I also was afraid that since this is a moisturizer for oily skin, that it would dry me out. That is not the case at all! Even though this contains glycolic acid, it is at a low enough concentration (middle of the ingredient list) that it is much gentler than a peel. I use toner and serum before applying this. It works great on my dry to normal skin, leaving only a slightly tacky texture that is perfect for using under makeup.

I don’t like having fragrance in my skincare products and while most of the things about this lotion are good, I do not like that it is scented. It smells a bit medicinal and a bit sweet so it might be to cover up the scent of effective ingredients, but I still find the process of applying it a bit more unpleasant for it. Otherwise, this seems to be a good skincare product that has not irritated my sensitive oily skin and it comes very well sealed and needs to be stabbed open using the cap.

This face cream from TOSOWOONG does not extract from pores nor does it fill and reduce them. To do so requires completely different ingredients. What this does do, however, is make your skin look nice and hydrated without looking super greasy or ugly. 🙂 The ingredients list is very nice and targeted towards hydrating without a sticky feeling.
My skin did not feel greasy or yucky when using this so I’m very happy to continue using it as my daily moisturiser. I like how it feels and how my skin looks very hydrated. Even my rough patches have softened its daily use for two weeks. Just maintain your expectations that this does nothing for pores.

I have been using this pour refiner for about 2 weeks now, and I will say, I am impressed with it. My face looks and feels much cleaner and smoother. The consistency is thick and pretty grainy. It almost feels like putting on a clay mask only, it feels moisturizing instead of drying my skin out The scent isn’t too strong and is actually pretty pleasant. I would definitely say it t has helped clean up my pores and I will definitely purchase another when this one runs out. I’m excited to see the results after I’ve been using it for a few months.
