So far I’m pretty happy with this face cleanser. It’s an interesting consistency, it’s a bit foamy and also thick, I like it. The texture is smooth and it’s also a bit shiny, it looks interesting. It lathers easily on the face, it expands a bit too so you really don’t need to use too much. Left my face feeling very clean without drying it out or irritating it. I plan on continuing to use this until I run out!

I’ve been interested in Heartleaf extract in skincare, and its skin soothing and moisturizing benefits. I wanted to try this cleanser to see if it would be a good fit.
I am happy with how this cleanser works. It’s nice and gentle, and doesn’t strip my skin or give it that “squeaky clean” feeling which means that the moisture barrier has been compromised. I also like that it is fragrance free and dermatologist tested. Overall a good basic cleanser for oily skin or acne concerns. You only need a little bit to get a good lather, and the bottle is pretty big for the price, so it’s a good value and should last a while!

I have oily, maturing skin. The Heartleaf Pore Zero cleanser seems suitable for my skincare needs. It’s unscented, mild, perhaps not the most aggressive foamer so I notice I need maybe a tiny extra bit of product to generate a sufficient lather. There’s salicylic acid in this formula – just a wee bit – I like that in small dosages in my cleanser as it helps tighten pores. The cleanser does a more than adequate job in cleaning my face. I like that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped. It seems there’s a bit of barrier protection in this formula which is quite all right with me. After cleansing, my face is more than ready to move on to the next steps of my skincare routine.
You will receive a pretty generously sized tube. This Korean cleanser is not overpriced. I’m impressed; will recommend and perhaps re-order at some point.

This cleanser is gentle and didn’t cause any irritation or breakouts for me. I was expecting it to have a strong smell of tea tree but I couldn’t smell anything! That’s always a plus for me, I like fragrance-free skincare as I think it’s better for sensitive skin types.
It has a rich lather and foams up really nicely. This makes a fantastic second cleanse because it removes makeup and sunscreen residue. It contains salicylic acid which works to lightly exfoliate the skin, this is gentle enough for daily use. I wish it didn’t include Phenoxyethanol which is a preservative that some may be sensitive to, but other than that it’s a great daily cleaner. I think the quality is good, it comes sealed and you only need to use a little at a time since when combined with water it foams up nicely.

This left my skin feeling clean. The cleanser easily foams into a nice lather, but it’s not heavy feeling. It is easy to apply (no harsh odors or sensations.)

The #OOTD Heartleaf Pore Zero Cleanser is unscented.
The gel/cream has a low lather after mixing with water. Doesn’t generate much foam.
After massaging over the face and rinses, the face feels slick with a barrier.
It cleanses ok, but the “barrier trapping moisture feel” makes this cleanser more suitable for dry cold winter seasons, and not year-round It feels a bit too much of a barrier for the summer or a slightly high-humidity environment.

This Korean Green Plum Low pH Cleansing Gel comes in a tube with 6.76 oz. of product. The brand is called OOTD which apparently stands for ‘Oxygen Of The Day.’ Not sure what that name means as I don’t think there is anything oxygen related to the actual product. Recommended for sensitive skin and I would say that it felt lovely and gentle when using it. The listed ‘hero’ ingredient is the Korean Green Plum from the name of the product, along with hyaluronic acid and PHA. Long list of things that it is free of, like alcohol and fragrence, which seems in keeping with the sensitive skin vibe of the brand.

I have sensitive combination skin, and usually use Cetaphil since it is bare bones and fragrance-free. I really really liked this though! It is fragrance-free and has many clean ingredients.
I used this almost daily at night for a week, and found that it didn’t dry me out or anything. It was gentle enough to use on this daily schedule. I did use a toner and moisturizer to restore balance after using it. I felt like my skin was cleaner, but no big noticeable differences (that said, didn’t have many issues going in!)
