    This package comes with three small tubes of face wash, which is convenient. I keep one in each shower and the other by the sink in our bathroom. The liquid is a dark grey with small crystals that do a good job of scrubbing away dirt, oil, and dead skin cells. It rinses cleanly and provides a pleasant scent that lasts about an hour after use. It is gentle and doesn’t dry my face like some soaps do. When I run out, I will definitely buy more, which is the best recommendation I can give.

    I am an older woman who often prefers to use men’s products because the scents are so much more appealing to me. This one also has a great scent.

    It’s refreshing to use in the shower. I love how the product scrubs and cleans my face. I do wish, though, that the scent lasted long after the shower…that’s how much I love it.

    I like how it came in a three pack of small tubes. I have one in the shower, one in the guest bathroom, and one in the linen closet.

    I have been using this scrub a couple of times a week to get rid of the dry skin on my face. It is very effective. A small amount is all that is needed to work in circles over my damp skin. It then rinses off completely with water. My skin gets extra dry this time of year and I have noticed an improvement in how smooth my skin feels from using this scrub regularly. It removes dirt and oil and sloughs off dry skin.

    This product smells great. It is a very masculine scent, but I think this scrub is fine for men or women. The fragrance does not linger on my skin after I rinse it off. It’s only while I am using it that I smell it. I sometimes have a reaction to fragrances in hair or skin products, but I have not with this Nivea face wash. Of the three tubes, I am only partway through the first one, so I’m hoping it will last me through these dry months. I will be happy to get more when I run out.

    I’m retired. So I’m warning you guys who think retirement is an idyllic, leisure-filled time. Being retired means becoming a full-time home repairman. I paint, I plumb, I garden, I dig. I used to have a clean 40-hour a week job. Now I’m filthy. But still, there’s something satisfying about completing a project, putting away your tools, and then cleaning up. This is a good clean-up soap. It’s gritty and reminds me a bit of a Lava soap bar, but it’s gentle enough for the face. It is dark in color, but it doesn’t leave any dark residue. (I was a bit concerned initially that I’d look like a coal miner.) I have oily skin, and I appreciate that this gets the oil and grime off and cleans me up nicely. And it has a pleasant scent that is fortunately not overly foofy. My only hesitation about this product is that this isn’t inexpensive stuff. I searched but, at least at present, couldn’t find it in a larger, more economical size.

    I got this for my husband because let’s be honest, his face needed some serious help! This stuff scrubs away dirt and oil like nobody’s business! He used it, and I swear I saw his face LIGHT UP! It smells great too, not like the usual stuff that just smells like old gym socks! And let me tell you, it’s beard-friendly! No more trying to figure out how to clean around those bristles! He can scrub away, and I don’t have to worry about him smelling like a lumberjack after a camping trip!

    I got this for my husband to try. He said it does a good job of cleansing his face without over drying it. He did not care for the scent at all though. His honest opinion was that he would not get it again. It does a good job cleansing, but he really disliked the smell and prefers a different product.

    This face wash has small exfoliating particles. The gel consistency lathers lightly as you work it in. I like the fresh scent, and my face feels smoother and cleaner but not stripped of its natural oils. The charcoal works especially well for clearing clogged pores. I like that these come in convenient travel size bottles.

    This is a really nice face wash – the exfoliation is nice, and texture is great – the only thing is that it is SO strongly scented with a musky “man” smell that it is virtually not usable. Even my husband, who would like a “man” smell, thinks it is too strong and won’t use it. This is totally unnecessary and fragrance should not be used in facial skincare anyway. Aside from the smell, this would be a nice unisex face wash, but i can’t recommend it as-is.
