Be Bare Twist Cleansing Balm works well for me as a first step for double cleansing. The balm is non-irritating for my sensitive skin, and it has a nice citrus scent. I can use it to clean off eye makeup without any stinging. I do like the top, which dispenses shavings of cleansing balm when you twist it. It’s a great idea so you don’t have to reach into a tub of balm.
I do wish it didn’t contain PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, which is a petroleum derivative. Petrochemicals tend to irritate my skin and cause me to get contact dermatitis. Since I only use this as a first step and wash my face with another cleaner immediately after, I think I minimize contact with it and therefore have been able to avoid any problems with it so far. Most people don’t have skin issues with the types of petroleum products that are used in skincare, by the way. It’s just a mild allergy that I happen to have. Of course I also don’t like supporting the fossil fuel industry.

I got this Bebare Twist Cleansing Balm because I was curious about the twist dispenser, and it turned out to be a great pick. The balm comes out in thin shavings, which is a unique way to get the right amount without any mess. A small amount goes a long way—just a tiny bit is enough for my whole face and neck.
Once I massage it in, it melts into an oily texture that feels light on the skin and has a refreshing citrus scent. It doesn’t foam or bubble, but it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and clean. What I really like is that it removes all my makeup, even heavy foundation and waterproof mascara, without irritating my sensitive skin.
After rinsing it off with warm water, my skin feels moisturized and soft without that tight or dry feeling that some cleansers leave behind. It’s great for regular use, especially since it helps with clearing out impurities from my pores.
The fact that it’s vegan, cruelty-free, and made with natural oils like shea butter and almond oil makes it even better. Overall, it’s a gentle but effective cleanser that makes my skin look and feel fresh. Definitely recommend!

I think I have found my Holy Grail cleansing balm. Naisture Bebare Twist Cleansing Balm IS IT. The packaging and the way the product is dispensed is very unique – you twist the container and the balm appears out of two small slits in the top. But it is the balm itself that I am I’m love with. It has a light citrus scent, and it smooths over your skin like butter. No, really. LOL But, where most cleansing balms I have used are heavy and take work to rinse off, this one rinses clean away immediately. There is NO heavy or greasy residue. My skin feels soft and fresh, and I don’t need to double cleanse, like with other cleansing balms. I cannot say enough good things about this balm. Get. It. Now. This is most definitely a Holy Grail product. 5/5 stars.

This skincare product is really different. I twist the container, and this cleansing balm comes out. It comes out in very thin shavings. With this balm, a little bit goes a long way. A tiny bit is all you need for the entire face and neck too. Massage the balm in a circular motion for a while and then rinse it off with warm water. That’s it. It’s pretty easy to use. On the face, the balm is a light and oily. It has a pleasant, citrus scent. The balm basically melts into an oil that gets massaged into the skin. For that reason, this cleansing balm moisturizes, softens, and hydrates while it cleanses too. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. This balm does not generate suds, bubbles, or foam. There is a shiny glow, that gets rinsed off with the warm water. Afterwards, my skin is clean, moisturized, and refreshed without the dry, tightness that you see with some cleansers. Long story short, this balm is excellent for removing makeup, dirt, and impurities from my skin. This twisting cleansing balm is vegan, cruelty-free, and made in Korea. 😃

I’ve really gotten into using cleansing balms this year. This be bare Twist Cleansing Balm by Naisture is my favorite yet.
First Impressions: Naisture did a really beautiful job on the product presentation. Gorgeous branding on the outer box. The twist up dispenser jar is really neat. I’m someone who hates dipping into jars with fingers, but also doesn’t like the extra step of spatulas. This twist up is perfect for me! Hygienic and easy.
Experience: Like always, I removed my eye makeup with an eye-specific product. Then I massaged the Twist Cleansing Balm onto my skin to remove my face and brow makeup. It smells like citrus, which I love. Melts quickly. Then I rinsed with warm water. My skin feels clean, neither oily or stripped. I recommend using a toner to remove any slight balm residue.
Final Thoughts: I really love this cleansing balm. My only quandary now is what other product I have to toss, because this one is definitely going into my toiletry kit. Recommended 5/5.

Pros:
– Effectively removes heavy makeup, including waterproof products.
– Hygienic twist dispenser minimizes contamination and ensures easy application.
– Contains natural oils that provide hydration, suitable for all skin types.
Cons:
– Small size may not last long with daily use.
– If water gets into the case, it seems to get mouldy-left it in the shower and it smells like mould now. No way to open the container to check.
– Scented with citrus, which might not appeal to everyone.
– May leave a slight residue that requires a follow-up cleanser for some.
