This toner comes in an oddly shaped opaque glass bottle.
This is meant to be a ph balancing toner, so I dont know why they have other actives added like lactic acid which is an exfoliant, and vitamin C. At least the listing mentions vit C, but there no mention of the AHA present except on the ingredients list which isnt readily available. This can cause adverse reactions if people are not paying attention to ingredients and doubling up on exfoliants. There’s no warnings not to wear this at daytime without SPF either or telling people it can cause sensitivity in the sun.
This just smells like diluted apple cider vinegar, which is not going anywhere near my face.
Super disappointed in the lack of transparency with this product and the whole ‘clean’ and ‘vegan’ beauty industry.
At $46 a bottle I do not recommend this toner.

This moisturizing toner facial spray is way overpriced. The spray nozzle on the bottle is hard to press and puts out a very weak/uneven mist. The formula itself smells a little funky and then gets funkier the longer it is on my skin. As if the ingredients are going bad or something the more they are exposed to the air or my skin’s chemistry. Smells like a sour BO sort of stank. It’s really weird, I’ve never had a product do that before. I tried it several times and always smelled “the smell” and had to rinse my face off. I did find it moisturizing on my skin though, but at what cost?! A stinky face, no thanks! Also, this bottle is a little small for the price point. Overall, I don’t think it is worth it.

Love idea of spray on toner and this one is refreshing and light. Only criticism is the spray nozzle. For me, the direction to spray is not easily identified, so that I have to feel for the nozzle tip before spraying which means my finger has to touch the area where the spray comes out which decreases the sanitary aspects; otherwise, I have to spend too much time looking for the direction of spray. The spray delivers in a misty form which is pleasant.

I like a toner that can be sprayed on — it feels refreshing and there is no waste. This one goes on with a very fine mist, so there is very little waiting before I can go ahead with the next step in my skin care routine. I have very dry and dehydrated skin, and it is also very sensitive, so it is hard to find something that is effective but not irritating. Now that I am older, I find a toner to be an absolute necessity and not just a luxury. I have been using this with some of the other skin care products in this line (cleanser, serum and moisturizing cream) since the description suggests they will help target my main concerns — the excessive dryness and resulting rough skin. I don’t really care for the cream that much, but this toner is very nice. It feels very light going on, and doesn’t leave a sticky or tacky feel. It does seem to help with keeping my skin softer and more hydrated, although I haven’t really noticed any impact on the dryness, per se. The packaging is rather luxe — the toner is in a heavy white glass bottle with a snug-fitting lift-off top (downside, I can’t see how much of the product is remaining). The toner arrived boxed and properly sealed which is an important consideration for me. The current price of $46.00 does seem a bit high to me, especially as some of the ingredients don’t seem all that exclusive (not counting the vaunted lipsomal technology, of course, but even that doesn’t seem to be enough to justify the cost). I will enjoy using this, but I probably won’t purchase it again, unless I see some some dramatic improvement in the dryness of my skin.

This toner is really nicely packaged. The bottle is thick glass, not plastic as I expected. It comes in a spray bottle so that you don’t have to use pads and lose a lot of product on the pad. Unfortunately, my pump broke after one week of use so now I have to unscrew it and apply it that way, making it much less convenient. That’s definitely disappointing for such a pricey product.
The toner itself feels nice and refreshing. It smells like apple cider vinegar but fades quickly. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and not overly dry. I appreciate that it’s all vegan clean ingredients.
I like this toner but it’s double the price of the one i regularly use and I don’t feel that it’s made enough of a difference for me to switch.
