    I love this product but I am giving it 4 stars because the pump didn’t work. Luckily, I had the “new and improved pump” which is black and not white from a previous bottle which fit the new bottle. I was able to use it instead of returning it.

    I have used this facial wash before and love it. Unfortunately, I have ordered two of them now and they both will not pump the product out of the container. The hose is not cracked or bent. Can you please sell a product that works?

    I love this product. It does wonders to my skin/face. Not sure why it is no longer sold at WM or Target or other departments.

    I really enjoy this face wash. I have very problematic skin, but this does a good job at not irritating it. Very gentle, but effective. I switch back and forth between this and a strong prescription wash from my dermatologist. The prescription wash is too harsh to use daily so this is a great cleanser to use on my off days.
