I tried these, and while it provided excellent hydration, I did notice a few drawbacks. The mask left a lasting stickiness on my skin, which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, it had an interesting scent that may not appeal to everyone. Overall, a good option for hydration, but with some room for improvement.

-This is a very good face mask. The essence of this mask is not clear like most face masks I have used. It is milky white and looks like a lotion. I wear face masks on a regular basis and i find that masks that have lotion like essence instead of clear essence are more moisturizing and effective. This face mask is also really moisturizing and i love how soft and supple my face feels after wearing this mask.
-For maximum benefit i wear my face masks a little differently. First, i take the mask out from the packet and place it on a clean dish, then i take the remaining essence and apply it to my washed and toned face and neck, then finally apply the mask over my face. You could still wear the mask straight out of the packet and use the remaining essence on your neck and hands but i find that applying as much essence as possible on my face and neck yields best results.
-I really like this mask. However, there is an issue with the fit. The cut outs of the eyes are too close together. I had to improvise and cut with scissors because the mask was touching the outer corner of my eyes. I have a fairly large face but i never had this issue with face masks from other brands so this is definitely smaller than most face masks. Similarly the cut out for the lips is also on the smaller side. I would recommend you cut around the eye and lip cut outs for a better fit.
-This mask also has a very pleasant smell.
-Overall, this is a good moisturizing mask. Your face will thank you. I only wish the fit was better.

With Korean Skin Care becoming a “thing” lately, I was interested in trying this probiotics relief mask. My favorite part was how my skin felt afterwards. It felt moisturized and soft. The liquid that is left in the skin was soothing to rub in. My skin seemed to look just a little brighter.
I do think it’s a little expensive for just five packets. Although it felt good, I didn’t notice a big difference between this brand and other brands. Maybe I need to try more of them for a longer period of time to see the big results.

I admire Neogen as a brand, but was thoroughly disappointed in the fit of the mask. The mouth hole and eye holes were entirely too small. The outskirts of the mask left a lot to be desired in terms of covering my entire face evenly. Not comfortable enough to even wear it for the recommended time. The mask also did not adhere to the skin very well at all. The only enjoyment I could find from using it was the scent.

Had irritated skin and acne after wearing a mask everyday these past months. My skin looks healthier and the bumps are less raised the day after I use this mask! There is a fragrance to it, take note. Feels comfy and my skin doesn’t sting after 15 mins.
