    As I recently turned 50, I’ve been looking to improve my skincare routine to help with aging prevention. Based on my dermatologist’s recommendation, I decided to try two Neutrogena products: Collagen Bank Moisturizer and Hydro Boost.

    After using both, I found significant differences. Hydro Boost has a light, cooling texture that feels refreshing on my face. It’s absorbed quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated without any heaviness, which makes it more comfortable for everyday use—especially for those with combination or oily skin like mine.

    On the other hand, Collagen Bank felt noticeably heavier on my skin. While it wasn’t oily, it did leave a heavier sensation that wasn’t as comfortable for my face. However, I found a great alternative use for it: applying it on my neck and the back of my neck before using sunscreen. In this area, the heavier texture felt more appropriate and less overwhelming.

    Overall, I would recommend the Collagen Bank if you’re looking for a thicker moisturizer, perhaps for drier areas of your skin. But if you prefer something lighter and more refreshing, Hydro Boost is a better option—especially for those with combination or oily skin.

    I love this stuff I swear it makes my skin look so healthy especially if you use it everyday. BUT I do have to say, it makes my face very oily, I have combination skin but either way. Just an FYI

    I’ve been using this product about 2 weeks now. At first it looks like vaseline type product, but Collagen Bank actually dries smooth and clear relatively quickly. I use it to moisturize after taking a shower at night before I go to bed. I like the way it makes my skin feel. I’ll continue using it until something better comes along.

    Love, love, love this! I can both see and feel a difference in my skin – I have tried so many other products and this is by far the best one yet. Wash my face thoroughly, pat dry and apply to both my face and neck. Wrinkles appear to be lessened and the “crepey” skin that is starting under my neck also looks to be clearer. I would most definitely recommend and will most certainly repurchase!
