This is a really nice face cream for soothing angry skin! I really like the ingredient Panthenol, I feel like It is really beneficial to healing blemishes and irritation. I put this on at night, and in the morning I feel like my skin is calmed and less red. The centella is also a great ingredient to calm skin.
Overall, I think this is a great moisturizer option for people like me that struggle with skin sensitivity and irritation. I appreciate that the brand also made this product fragrance free, as fragrance in skincare is one of the big sources of irritation for me. I like the tube form, it’s more hygienic than a pot, and the size makes it travel friendly as well!

Dense and creamy facial cream, doesn’t have a detectable scent and it feels smooth as butter on the skin, I really like this and it leaves my skin looking fresh and clean.

Doesn’t do anything. Doesn’t sooth, moisturize… nothing. +1 star for not smelling bad but that’s about all it’s got going for it.

Unfortunately, I have recently developed a patch of excema on my eyelid. I’ve been using this dexpanthenol cream daily for over a month now because I know that dexpanthenol helps moisturize dry and scaly skin. It’s truly keeping that dry area moisturized, and I no longer experience flaky skin. My doctor had prescribed other topical anti inflammatory medications that were oily, and I didn’t feel so comfortable wearing on my skin during the daytime. I can put this cream on under my makeup and no one would even know it was there. It rubs in and absorbs well, and it isn’t greasy. It also does not have a smell.
This is a Korean skincare product, and the packaging is written in Korean, but it translates as:
This product contains 170,000ppm of dexpanthenol and adenosine to help moisturize dry and weakened skin. It contains various plant-derived ingredients and moisturizing ingredients to form a moisture barrier on the skin and help keep the skin moist.
How to use: After washing your face, apply an appropriate amount evenly per the entire face and allow to absorb.

I ordered this for my wife who said the following:
I was happy to get this Dexpanthenol Cream because besides all the other ingredients it contains Cica which is good for my rosacea. The panthenol is also a great ingredient I would guess for just about anyone’s skin and the 17% of it in this cream seems to be a good thing moisture wise. I think the Cica is calming.
This tube came in a cosmetic box with matching name on it. It had a plastic seal over one end of the box with Tosowoong printed on that seal. The other end of the cosmetic box had suffered a bit of a tear with the end flap off but it did not damage the tube at all. This cream has a smooth feeling while being applied. Even though it comes out of a tube it is not the least bit greasy. My skin quickly and easily absorbed this cream without any stinging or burning and of course with its ingredients it didn’t cause me any redness. This is a cream that can be a help to several different skin conditions and I like it.
