This is the best facewash till date. It has everything anyone ask for skin softness, longevity. The facewash give you dirt free & clean skin. You can see the effectiveness of the facewash very easily and you will love the scent.

My skin has been pretty sensitive this winter and this cleanser has proven to be the only thing that provides a deep enough clean without being too irritating to my skin. While other cleansers have burned, this one clears out and dries so make sure to use your moisturizer after!

I like the cleanser a lot, it removes dirt, oil, and make up well. It’s gentle on the skin and I haven’t have any irritation which is a win for me since I have sensitive skin. I’m not a huge fan of the cleansing oil, though. I’ve tried the cleansing oil to work in my skin but everytime I use it, I break out.

I’ve heard great things about The Face Shop and am always looking for products to help with my pores, so I was super excited to try The Face Shop Tea Tree Pore Clarifying Gel Cleanser.
I was happy that the smell didn’t smell like tea tree (as I assumed it would) since I’m not a huge fan of tea tree scents. But it has such a minimal tea tree smell that I barely noticed. The scent to me isn’t too bad at all.
The first time I used it, I noticed I got a little hive on my face. Then after a few days of continuous use, I did break out. I was getting my period so it definitely could have been a coincidence, but it was a lot more than I typically get during my period. I am continuing use still to see if it happens again or if it was due to my period.
It does NOT take my makeup off, at all. A lot of times I do not take my makeup off prior to cleansing and usually don’t have an issue at all, but this did not take my makeup off. So I definitely need to remove my makeup prior to cleansing with this cleanser. I don’t wear much makeup at all either, so just keep that in mind.
Again, I’m going to continue use and see if I continue to break out or if it was all coincidental. I will come back to update my review after a few more weeks of continued use. Also, I haven’t had any hives since the first time I used it, so that’s a good thing!
I really want to love this cleanser, I’m just not sure yet.

I find this Foaming tea tree cleanser to be a great second cleanser after another soap (very natural) is used for an initial cleaning to remove eye and face makeup. I think this would remove face makeup but I really don’t want to scrub our sensitive eyes with tea tree oil, so this works for us as a second step. Our facial cleansing usually requires a really good deep second wash at least a few times a week, to make sure there isn’t any residue leftover and to get the skin squeaky clean, and this is perfect for that job. The tea tree killing any leftover bacteria and help with refining pores never hurts. My teen and I have been using this 2-3 times a week for a long while and it’s still half full, so it’s also a pretty good value for us.
