I’ve used similar products to this, and this one falls in the middle of that. It has a very good roller and rolls on smooth. It does not have any sticking or un-evenness when rolling on the moisturizer. Scent wise, it doesn’t really have one, or nothing strong or annoying, just basic lotion scent at first then goes away quickly.
Moisture wise, it works well to keep the eye face area fairly moist without being too sticky or thick. For the price it’s of good value and would consider using it again.

not sure it is doing anything, but that seems the way with OTC products. it is fairly easy to apply, it has a pump that allows small amounts of product to squeeze out around the Ball. I use my finger to blend gently. so far I am not getting any younger! lol. I think the caffeene helps when you are not getting the proper sleep, keeps eyes looking normal

I ended up passing this on to a friend who suffers more puffy than I. She liked the product. I found the wand tricky and ended up using my fingers, I didn’t notice anything much but again I didn’t really seem to have the issue it addressed. Well packaged and no negative side effects.
