I was unsure about this product, but I thought I would give it a try. I get bad headaches and I put this eye mask on, and it really helped reduce my headache. I’m happy that I have two of them. The side with the cloth is cold enough, I tried the side without the cloth covering and it was really really cold. Great purchase!!!

I have only used the masks for cold therapy. I am pleased with the size. I actually bought the masks to keep one for myself and gave the other as a gift. My sister has a Great Dane pup that seems to have a head made out of brick of which he is totaly unaware.

The actual cooking and shape of these is great, helps a ton with my migraines. My only complaint is that the head holder is very tight so if it’s for a migraine that can be sensitive. But I think with use it might stretch a bit out so hanging on to it.
