I am really enjoying using this. The hot gets really hot and the cold gets really cold. The vibration could be stronger but I mainly got it for the heat/cold. I use the cool in the morning and the heat in the evening. I cannot say it has totally changed the look of my eyes but I am enjoying using it.

Eye Massager Wand with Hot and Cold Vibration 42℃ Heated and Cooling Therapy Facial massager Roller Pen,For Women Dark Circles treatment,Relieve Fatigue and puffy,Eye Bags Remover, Gifts for Women
This is geared towards women but as a guy with some under eye puffiness, I thought I would give it a try and see if it did anything. This company seriously needs to rethink the targeting of their advertising. Women aren’t the only people who care about the way that they look, ya know.
The wand comes securely packed in a nice box. Included are the wand, a USB charging cord, and a sort of useful instruction manual. One side of the manual is in Chinese and the other side is in English. I have to say that the English in the manual is pretty well translated.
The wand itself seems solid and well built, yet compact. It is made of mostly metal. On the front of it is a single switch. Press and hold it to turn the wand on. The temperature (hot or cold) is controlled by pressing the button. With each press, it cycles between hot and cold. To get it into massage mode, double press the button. Another double press of the button turns off massage mode. To turn the entire device off, press and hold the button again. The heating/cooling part of the wand is covered by a removable plastic cap. The cap fits very tightly and needs a good tug to get it off.
I have to admit that I had my doubts about its ability to get cold, but it really does get cold. Surprisingly cold. I mean it’s not “chill a can of soda” cold, but it definitely well below room temperature. Warm also works well. It takes a bit longer to get warm than it does to get cold and of course if it’s running on cold and then is set to warm, it takes even warmer. The manual points out (at least I think it does) that the temperature of the device will be affected by the warmth of the skin it’s on. I did notice that. I found the best way to use it was to apply gentle pressure to an area for a few seconds lift it up and let it cool again for a few seconds, and the repeat. Of course it doesn’t have a problem staying warm because warm skin isn’t working against it.
I’m not sure if I’ve been using it long enough to notice any real results or if I have too much puffiness for it to make a difference. The cold produced a weird effect where the puffiness seemed to get more saggy and deflated looking. I didn’t like that but the effect wasn’t permanent and didn’t even last long. I liked the cold feeling under my eyes, though. To give it a fair try, I use the warm every day. It feels comfortable too but I’m just not sure that it is actually doing anything. I also use the cold setting against my temples and forehead area. It just feels really nice.
My one complaint about this is the massage. It is less of a massage and more of a really weak vibration that produces sort of a rattling humming noise that is much louder than you’d expect for such a weak vibration. This makes me think that a lot of the vibration is being damped down by the body of the wand and not making it to the heating/cooling portion of the wand. It sounds like it’s vibrating the insides of the device instead. I gave it a try a couple of times and honestly, I couldn’t really feel much on the areas I was using it on. I haven’t turned that part of it on since.
As for battery life, it seems fine. I’ve only had to charge it once (or maybe it was twice) and it seems to hold the charge for a long time.
I have two suggestions about how this product might be made better in the future. First, work on the massage and give it a bit more power. I understand that the area under the eyes is delicate and you wouldn’t want to turn it into a percussion massager or anything like that, but I can barely feel it. It needs to be more powerful. Second, it would be nice if a little carrying pouch were added as part of the package. It is not a delicate device and the head is covered well with the cap, but it has a sort of powdered looking finish that seems like it might be susceptible to scratches. I wouldn’t feel comfortable just tossing it in an overnight bag. It probably wouldn’t cost the manufacturer much more than a few cents to throw a little carrying pouch in the box.
I think that the wand is worth a try. Maybe it will help with under eye bags and maybe not, but the cooling feature is nice and it feels good. I can imagine it might even help with tension or headaches. I know when I get headaches, I tend to ice instead of heat.

It has four modes, cool, cool with vibration, hot, hot with vibration.
The metal area is smooth and smoothly moves over my skin.
Good short term remedy, when needing a little help with morning puffy eyes.
Gives a nice cool touch, especially on the warm days.
Not sure about anti-aging, but does help a bit with that morning look.

I think this may be one of those products that you try and enjoy, but then you realize you can live without it. It does get warm, it does get cold, and it vibrates mildly. It does feel good under the eyes in both temperatures. But does it actually do anything? Idk. I’ve been using it for a month and I honestly can’t see any results that would encourage me to be fascinated by this. Its a nice addition to your skincare routine, the warmth helps absorb your products better/the cold helps with puffy eyes. But so does a warm towel or an ice pack. Overall, I think this is a nice product, I enjoy using it and I would recommend it solely for the purpose of self care. But I probably would not repurchase this.
