    Instructions are a little strange and brief. It tells you how to use hot or cold. Why would I put something hot or even warm under my eye? For super cold (freezer) you have to wrap it in a cloth to use or thaw them. I would say just put them in the regular refrigerator so they are cool. They are not adhesive so you kind of have to keep your head balanced unless you are lying down. Overall I like them when my eyes are puffy from allergies.

    Way too cold when your put them under your eyes because the gel incasing is like ice directly on your face. They kind of slip off your face unless your head is fully leaned back and they melt very quickly.So it seemed kinda useless. You’re better off buying the gel beaded eye masks that you can freeze or heat up.

    These are great! For $5 they are so much better than the bulky masks because they go right on target eye areas. Great for pre-zoom meetings or photo shoots.

    Yes, as other reviewers said, they don’t freeze (which you probably shouldn’t put ice directly on your eye area anyway) and they don’t “stick” to your skin. You need to hold them on there. And they stay plenty cold for a good long time.

    Overall, they are a bargain and I am really pleased with the quality for the price.

    These things are gem. I keep them in the freezer and grab them every morning. I have very puffy, tired eyes when I get up and I put them under my eyes. They help take the swelling down and help my eyes feel refreshed. The only drawback is you have to hold them in place. I’m fine with that because I just use them for a few minutes. This works well for me and helps me start my day.
