This product is really easy apply and doesn’t have any strong scents or anything that will irritate your skin. I have seen some small improvements over the last few weeks, but not sure enough to justify the price tag. Overall decent ingredients but very small amount of product.

  2. Amazon Customer

This product seems to demand a premium price because of the way it’s packaged. It does look very high end but you don’t get a lot of product for the price.

These come in super small bottles of 5ml each, with a unique dropper – you push the button on top to draw up the serum instead of squeezing a rubber bulb. 5ml seems like almost nothing, but because this is eye serum you use so little that even a tiny bottle will last you a long time. I’ve been using it daily for about 3 weeks and I’m not even half way through the first bottle.

It’s a thicker, glycerin-like consistency that coats your eye area well but needs extra time to absorb. It’s not particularly hydrating or moisturizing, but is better than not using anything at all. As for results, I’m not expecting much since I already have been using serums with peptides for a while, but I haven’t seen any regression since switching to this serum.

I assume this is called Hexapeptide 5 because that’s one of the types of peptides in it, but it actually has 10 peptides in the ingredients list – not all fully proven to have to clinically significant benefits, but all known and purported to provide benefits from botox-like effects to increasing collagen production. It also has a few other proven ingredients from allantoin and hyaluronic acid to probiotics. The formulation is well thought out and on trend.

The other thing that is on mark for this brand is the small bottles. This company markets itself as using the leading biotechnology techniques to make craft cutting edge skincare, and one thing that’s an issue with most skincare products is contamination. Packing in smaller bottles with just a few ml per bottle is actually a really good way to ensure the product stays fresh and works to it’s max benefit.

It’s questionable how this fits with environmental impact, however, since the company’s about me section on their website touts the benefits of biotechnolgy in sustainable manufacturing and lowering the carbon footprint of manufacturing, but doesn’t mention the environmental impact of the use of extensive packaging in their products. I also question the manufacturing in general – the company produces their products in China when there are plenty of companies that manufacture cosmetics in Australia. If they’re not shipping their products directly from China and are having them sent to Australia first (which I am not able to confirm), it increases the carbon footprint of the company, which also seems to be at odds with their focus on caring for the environment.

I’m not necessarily trying to call out the company for anything specific, but usually when products are priced this high end there’s more scrutiny to the brand and their story, in addition to the products themselves. I actually quite like this eye serum and plan to continue using it because I believe in the technology (having seen improvement in fine lines myself via the use of products containing peptides). I also like the brand story in general working in the field of biotechnology myself. I just feel confused about the message on their website seemingly at odds with their choice of manufacturing and packaging.

This is the quite premium pricing for 3 tiny bottles of serum. Although the bottles are very small you don’t actually need to use that much so it’s still lasts a decent while but it’s probably not enough for all three bottles to last a whole year if you use it everyday. The product seems a little generic in terms of its branding and seems to be produced in China. The effects are tough to tell so definitely uncertain about how effective it really is.

At the time I selected this anti-wrinkle eye serum the product page said Made in the USA and it had a short ingredient list for it but when I got the product it has a long ingredient list and says Made in China. I think a product page should have accurate facts that don’t switch after you get it so you know exactly what you are getting. The vials are very small and one of mine was barely half full and the others just slightly more than that. I’ve only used it twice and didn’t like how it felt and how it left my eye area feeling sticky for a while. So I’ll leave it for others to say how effective it is long term. Impressive presentation when you get it.

I’ve been consistently using this product for over a month now. Here are my pros and cons.
    PRO’S:
No scent or fragrance so if that’s what you like then you will be pleased.
Gel like serum that goes on very smoothly.
Peptide based so it should do what it says it does for your skin.
The little dropper system works okay…but sometimes it feels like it didn’t dispense anything so
I have had to kind wipe the side of the dropper under my eyes to apply.
    CON’S:
All three bottles are the exact same product so you aren’t getting a 1, 2, 3 step program…they are all the same product which is fine.
    The cost….very, very high.
Very little product in each vial.

I use this product at night so that I can allow it to complete dry. It does take a while to dry which is fine as long as I am not in a rush this why I use at night.
I’ve had no skin irritation but I am unsure if it is doing its job! I am 56 years old with typical age related and sun exposed facial skin. Will continue to use all three vials then will update this review.
For now I recommend it to others.

  7. Customer Review

This is a very thick gel like serum that melts into the skin nicely and doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind. I haven’t seen any results as of yet but I’ll come back and update after a few more weeks!

When I ordered this product, the product page stated it was made in the USA. Upon receiving it, I learned it is, in fact, made in China. A couple of things…
I don’t appreciate the false advertising. Perhaps it was a mistake, but someone had to enter the info. It looks as though the reference to USA has since been removed.
I don’t use products on my skin that are made in China. That’s that. I won’t be using this, and would not have ordered if the information as to the origin had been correctly stated.
