It takes forever for me to open this. I have to wait for it to partially melt/soften otherwise it’s impossible to open, and I have to run it under super hot water to get it open. Such a pain and waste of time. Still drips down your wrist so honestly save your money and just use an ice cube

I tried this a couple of different way, filling half way up and all the way up, either way I carefully pulled the top off the ice would break inside the top,
I gave up after a couple of tries

Was excited about this but then really disappointed when I couldn’t get the top off once frozen to access it and use it. Thought it might have been a fluke so mted it and tried again. Same result.

At first I filled it with too much water. But after the second time it was great. Love using this first thing in the morning.

It’s a good product. It definitely is hard to use at first. You have to run it under hot water for 10-15 minutes to unstick it. But then you can use that for a week and refill. It is kinda colder to use then I expected. I know there’s ice but maybe it’d be smart to fill the bottom halfway since that’s where you’re holding it. But if works well other than that.
