    Eye creams make bold claims about erasing fine lines or dark circles — claims they rarely live up to. I don’t notice remarkable changes from this eye cream, but I do like it. First, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. The interestingly-shaped applicator tip works to distribute the cream along the eye area (though I do finish patting it in with my fingers). One pump is enough for both eyes, and it leaves the skin feeling hydrated and plump.

    There is a lot to like about this eye cream, especially in regards to the ingredients. The instructions say to use one full pump per eyes, but a lot comes out and this cream is thick – one pump is too much. I used the applicator a few times and it’s pretty nice and I appreciate it’s there, but I prefer using my finger. I don’t mind the thicker consistency and don’t find it too thick (it’s actually kind of in the middle in consistency between the glycerin eye gels and the body butter type under eye creams), it’s just that a little goes a long way. I didn’t notice much in the way of puffiness reduction, and it’s the way it brightens that bothers me.

    The product has a lot of golden mica in it, so your eyes will have a thin coat of this when it dries. It covers dark circles well because of this. Unfortunately, for me the mica and golden effect also seem to deepen the look of wrinkles under and around my eyes, making me feel like I look years older than I am. I don’t mind mica in eye shadows, or in face or body creams in small amounts that give off a hint of shimmer, but this productg leaves a full coat of it that I’m not a fan of. If it didn’t have the mica (or at least had way less), I would rate it 5 stars.

    My January 2024 order of ‘Wander Beauty Baggage Claim Everyday Eye Cream, 1.01 oz’ arrived in a small box taped shut at both end (consumer protection). I could not find any expiration or use by date other than the standard ’12M’ symbol which indicates to use within twelve months of opening the product. The box indicates Made in USA. The product listing clearly states 1 oz in several places; HOWEVER, the product box states only 0.5 oz. Not sure which is accurate but I would believe the box over the listing; I hope the company corrects their listing asap.

    The eye cream is fairly thick but I had no issues applying it or having it absorb into my skin. It does take a bit longer to absorb than thinner creams, which is ok with me. A small amount goes a long way, so I didn’t need to fully depress the pump when dispensing. The bottle has a unique curved applicator which actually works well for dispensing the cream, but isn’t that helpful to apply the cream to your skin. Maybe after a bit of practice the applicator would be more useful, but I found it easiest to simply use my finger.

    This cream is fairly expensive, and even more so if the actual product is half the amount of the listing. The cream did a good job of moisturizing/hydrating under my eyes; not sure I’ve seen any improvements yet as far as dark circles or wrinkles but that may take some time. (I included a photo of the ingredient list, but it is also available on the company’s website where it is probably easier to read.)

    I like how easy this product is to use. It feels really nice when you apply it. It’s fairly thick but not so thick that it’s uncomfortable. It also works great on my sensitive skin, which is always a plus

    Baggage claim everyday eye cream
    from Wander beauty is a really great
    formula that actually do as it says!

    I like the feel of the applicator, one
    push and I have enough for one face
    application. The cream is very soft
    and goes on smoothly.

    I have noticed a difference in my fine lines
    around my eyes and on my forehead. The lines
    are less defined and not as noticeable.

    I’ve been using this for a few months, and still
    haven’t reached the end. You get a good amount
    for the money!

    This eye cream is in a unique pen- type design, however, I just wasn’t right for me. It’s very thick and doesn’t blend/absorb into my skin easily. It almost feels like putting a mineral sunscreen around the eyes. A while after it is applied, it started to flaked off of my skin. I’m not a fan of the applicator so I use my ring finger. The pump works well for now but I worry that product will be left once I get closer to the end of the tube. The only positive is that it does seem to have a slight brightening effect on my eye area.
