    I love this mask! It is very soft on the side that is on your skin. It gets very cold when kept in the freezer and stays cold for a long time. It velcro’s comfortably around the back of your head. I love the way it feels soothing and relaxing after a long day. I’ve already purchased a second one as a gift.

    Shape of mask does not compress fully to skin and gel does not get cold enough. Warms quickly after removing from freezer. Ziplock bag with ice cubes and a little water work much better.

    The fit is a little off for under your eyes. Does fit snug though on the rest of your face.

    If this were larger I would give it 5 stars. I have a normal size adult face and for it to cover my face I would need another inch all the way around. It does work well in the freezer but the cloth side warms up pretty fast so I flipped it over and used the other side to putting a handkerchief over my face first. I wish it did have more gel in it especially for around the eyes.

    I bought these gel face packs to keep in the freezer. Absolutely love them during the summer and for cooking relief from sun burns. One side is terry cloth and the other side is plastic and you can wear it either way – the plastic side is much colder on the skin.

    It does what I expected it to do and the strap is adjustable via a Velcro piece that is quite long. It has a good fit on both male and female faces.

    Have puffy face in the morning? This mask will become your bff. The mask is great quality and bends to conform to your face. My favorite part is that one side of the mask has soft microfiber material and the other side is plastic for more intense cooling effect.
