I think these micro dart under eye patches are very effective. I wear them overnight, and in the morning the skin underneath my eyes looks noticeable better – less puffy and smooth. These patches give me better results than any cream or standard hydra-gel patches I’ve tried. The patches have excellent adhesion, they stay firmly in place all night.

I recently tried the Spa Treatment iMicro Patches for under-eye treatment, and while they’re an innovative approach to delivering hyaluronic acid, my experience was a mixed bag. These patches use micro-needle technology to deliver the treatment deeper into the skin, which I found intriguing. Applying them was straightforward—the backing strips made it easy to position without touching the sticky areas. I wore them overnight, and while they adhered well, I did notice a slight tugging sensation when sleeping on my side.
In the morning, the skin under my eyes did appear smoother and hydrated, which was impressive. The results, though temporary, were noticeable for a couple of days. However, I did experience mild swelling after removal, which subsided quickly but may be a concern for sensitive skin.
The adhesive can be a bit harsh on delicate skin, and results can vary significantly. For those willing to invest in occasional treatments, these patches might be worth a try, but they’re not a “must-have” in my routine.

Actually, don’t try this product anywhere. When I saw the opportunity to try out these Micro Patches from Spa Treatment, a well – known brand out of Japan, I jumped on it.
The first thing that comes to mind concerning these micro patches is that the brand needs to do a much better job of explaining how they work. The only ingredient in these patches is hyaluronic acid, which they somehow get to form microscopic crystalline needles. When the patches are applied, whatever the active ingredient is can travel deeper into the skin layers due to the micro needles, which are self-dissolving.
I have used two sets of these micro patches now, and sadly I cannot say that they work well. Actually they don’t seem to work at all, because after removing them the bags under my eyes were much worse than they usually are. As if that weren’t enough, there was adhesive stuck on my skin under my eye, redness in the outer corners from where the adhesive stuck too firmly, and I could actually see the imprint from the texture on the patch in the delicate skin under my eyes.
Now, I understand the science behind this. Micro patches are supposed to “create tiny ruptures in skin in order to trigger a regenerative effect”, while also delivering the active ingredient in them into your skin. It’s not the sort of product where one is going to see results immediately, and I was okay with that. However, I have done two rounds of them now. The first I left on for 2 hours and a few days later I did another pair and left those on for 7 hours. It is now 4 days later and I see no difference.
The adhesive is too harsh and there’s too much of it, gentler adhesive and less would be good. Due to the harsh adhesive the patches are not comfortable to wear. My under eye area did not look moisturized in the least, it just looked flattened and even more wrinkled. And the price… If they worked I would be fine with the price, but at $66.45 for four pairs, I think the price is outrageous. I am sure there are micro patches out there that will work wonders, but these are not them.
Nimue –
To preface, the results offered by these masks are not a permament solution to fine lines or crow’s feet in a “one and done” sort of way, but–at least for me–the effects lasted days after each application and were easily and immediately visible. My husband even commented, which is unusual! To be fair, I only have fine lines at this stage, but the masks effectively smoothed and plumped the eye area *completely*. As with all such products, efficacy is a very personal thing and your mileage may vary, but I literally could not be more impressed!
My understanding is that these use a sort of micro-needle technology to deliver the hyaluronic acid deeply into the skin.
I found the application neither difficult nor uncomfortable: the backing strips make it easy to place the masks precisely without touching the sticky parts, and the masks adhere securely, yet allow for some adjustments as needed. I wore mine overnight each time and slept comfortably enough, though the masks do pull a bit when sleeping on one’s side.
They remove without tugging the delicate skin of the under-eye area, which had been a concern for me, and leave no tacky residue. I did have some slight swelling for about an hour after each removal, but it went down quite fast.
These are not inexpensive and are not a product I plan to use more than once per week. An investment even at that, I honestly don’t mind to pay a premium for a product that is this effective. Highly recommended!

These patches are incredibly easy to apply and stay in place without any fuss. After using them, my under-eye area feels refreshed and visibly smoother. It’s such a great find for anyone looking to boost their skincare routine. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be purchasing more!

Trying Stuff Since 2022 –
Excellent delivery method of hyaluronic acid for under your eyes… read carefully and know what you’re doing! There are definitely different results for different people.
Personally they did a little bit for me but not enough to use continuously. I don’t love the idea of puncturing around my eyes especially whenever the results aren’t quickly visible.
It is a great delivery system and I may end up trying them on another area of my face to see if they work better. It seems like a quality product, it’s just definitely not one size fits all.
