    This Aroma Season mask is prefect! I love it. I love everything about it! Comfortable on eyeballs, time and temp settings are adjustable, easy and perfect. Heats up my entire eye area. My nose works very well and I have not experienced any bad smells like I saw in another review. Plus the price is super reasonable! I purchased another brand over a year ago my eye doctor recommended for $100 and have maybe used it 10 times at most in over a year. It is actually a little painful to use. If I get it snug enuf to feel any heat it hurts the middle of my eyeballs. It seems to have a rope type shape so doesn’t lay on my eyes without me trying to force it flatter with my fingers before use. I went back to the microwave masks instead until I tried the Aroma Season mask. Now that is all I use. I hate everything about the $100 mask except the velvet cover. The velvet cover is awesome but has nothing to do with why I need a heated eyemask.

    5 weeks and operating perfectly! About 4 months ago, I was diagnosed with eye condition that now requires me to heat my eyelids and the area under my eyes twice a day to soften eyelid oils to prevent styes. Before purchasing this mask, I was heating my eye area with a warm compress heated in a microwave, but that method was very inefficient. I purchased the Aroma Season Moist Heated Eye Mask about 6 weeks ago and am very happy with the product. I use it twice or even three times a day with ease. It is compact, soft, comfortable and heats the eye area uniformly. The unique design of this mask heats flax seeds and this allows you to push the heated seeds inside the cloth right against your soft skin area conforming nicely to the exact area you want to heat. I prefer the high setting and find it nice and warm to the eye area and not too hot for me. Others may prefer the lower medium setting. The mask has an automatic timer that shuts off after 20 minutes so there are no concerns if you should happen to fall asleep with the mask on. It comes with an AC electrical adapter for the USB power cable so that you can plug the mask in directly to a standard power outlet or you can remove the AC electrical adapter and plug the mask into a standard USB outlet. For full disclosure, I did have an issue with the first unit I bought (seemed to stop heating properly), but the customer service representative April was wonderful and sent me another unit free of charge. This second unit has been working flawlessly for 5 weeks now. (I am beginning to believe that I just had the first unit on backward thus not allowing the hot side of the mask to come in direct contact with my skin. So when using the unit, make certain that the heated side of the eye mask pouch is compressed against your skin). I have come to rely on this unit to assist me with my eye health and would highly recommend this mask to others. I also give them an A++ for customer service.

    I was resistant at first. I use the wet cloth in the microwave and thought this device would not provide enough heat. I have had multiple chalazions and styes over the last couple of years. I recently discussed using an electrical device versus a microwaved cloth and my new ophthalmologist said she preferred the electrical device as it is able to provide heat longer. I hate to admit it, but she was right. I’ve been using it for a couple of days now and have actually suggested this to a friend. Works well as long as it continues, and does not stop working as stated in a few of the negative reviews.

    Just got it and it only turned on sometimes and when it was on it would randomly shut off. There’s also a lot of gap between the eyes so the heat was more on the outside of my eyes..
    I could have cinched the middle to make it fit better but the thing doesn’t even work. Return ing sadly.

    Wie jeder mit unheilbaren Gesundheitsproblemen habe auch ich hier nach einer Lösung für das “Trockene Augen” Problem gesucht. Leider vergeblich.

    Die Brille tut was beschrieben ist – sie macht die Augen warm.
    Aber bereits in der Anleitung steht ganz wörtlich, dieses Produkt ist zu keinerlei Diagnostischen oder Behandlungszwecken irgend eines Problems gut.

    Entsprechend ist auch keine Wirkung bei meinem Meibomdrüsenproblem festzustellen. 20 Minuten Augen zu machen hat natürlich eine Wirkung, aber die Wärme macht nichts um ob man nun die Augen 20 Minuten mit oder ohne Wärmebrille schließt.

    Der After-Sales-Service ist aber sehr gut. Habe mein Geld zurück bekommen. Also ist das durchaus einen Versuch wert, eventuell hilft das ja anderen.

    Had to buy a different mask after a couple of months bc it wouldn’t turn on any more. Waste of money.
    Update 3/2022:
    Upgraded my original 1 star review to 4 stars.
    Was contacted by customer service who relayed their 12 month warranty and offered a replacement or a full refund.
    The replacement arrived a couple of days later and has been working great so far. If it continues to work like it’s supposed to, I’d upgrade my rating to 5 stars. So convenient, high enough heat setting, comfortable, and seems to be working very well for my MGD.

    I have a dry eye condition – I have been diagnosed with Meibomian gland dysfunction and evaporative dry eyes. My ophthalmologist recommended I use ‘eye bags’ which are a mask that you put in microwave to heat up but as i didn’t have a microwave i looked around for an alternative and found these.
    The way this works is that the heat in the mask helps to unblock the glands found in your eyelids next to the eyelashes i believe which release an oil which lies on top of the tears (watery layer) in your eyes. If your glands are blocked in any way then the watery layer underneath simply evaporates giving you dry, possibly painful, eyes.
    I use these first thing in the morning for 20 mins and they do make a remarkable difference to the condition of my eyes – much better impact – feels more natural and you can see the difference – than any of the eye drops which I still use but no longer have to rely on completely.

    This product reduced a chalazion (like a pimple on the eyelid) I had for years, within days. Hoping with continued use, it may disappear altogether. Very easy to use, soothing.
