    There are no instructions in English. I searched in line also and found nothing. There are two buttons and I have no idea what they do. One is obviously an in button, but in my case it does nothing. I believe my is defective, but I have no idea because I can’t find any directions. I’m returning and even that is a hassle. Most Amazon returns just require a code in my phone. This one I have to print a label.

    I suffer from dry eye syndrome, so I was really looking forward to testing this product.
    Although there are some simple drawings that explain how to use it, anything in depth is written in a language that I don’t understand. Therefore, if there are any warnings or caveats I would not know it.
    The illustration shows water being poured into the tiny little tank. Is it filtered water or must it be distilled water?
    Although it claims to be a nano mist, there is so much mist that you can only use it for a second before the water starts to down your eye. It’s kind of like if you put your eye by one of those essential oil diffusers and let the vapor go around your eye.
    There is a green light which I’m assuming is for green light therapy. But once again, I can’t read the manual.

    UPDATE. It appears that the green light is supposed to heat the unit up to give you a warm compress. It never got warm.
    I’m also curious as to whether I could put a drop Of essential oil in the tank.
    I hope the manufacturer will consider supplying more information about this product.
    Here’s something that kind of scares me. It looked as if there was a piece of tape wrapped around where the eye piece goes. I assumed it needed to be removed, so I did, but now that I’m looking at it, not so sure. Please see the photograph
