    This product was awful. The quality of it flimsy with the band cover the eyes torn off. The mass didn’t even cover the eye properly kept falling down. I called about the items. They’re all defective. They ripped one leaked and I didn’t get a refund. I don’t understand please issue a refund, they were not comfortable at all

    i adore these! the eye parts are separated so the liquid doesnt all shift to one eye when lying on your side. they get nice and cold. my one complaint is that they fit really tightly, making them kind of uncomfortable. if they were too big it’d be easy to shorten the length of the strap, but there’s no way to adjust them to be larger at all, unless i go buy my own elastic. there is also a bit of a chemical/plastic-y/beachball kind of smell to them but that doesn’t bother me.

    all that said though, i do recommend these, i use them to help when my eyes are irritated from allergies and the colors are super cute and vibrant. i will probably get some new elastic for them because it’d be cheaper than buying different ones. also, i do have a rather big head (i find it hard to find hats and glasses that fit well) so if you usually can fit into store size hats and glasses you might find them less uncomfy than i do lol.

    My preteen daughter just had to have these! They are cute and work as designed. They aren’t as durable as similar products but it is still worth the purchase.

  8. Item arrived within the week of ordering and was as described, however I am giving one star as 2 out of 3 masks were leaking gel at the seam and as a result cannot be used. If they weren’t leaking I would have been happy with the product. –

    Loved using these to cool forehead during migraines but unfortunately their reliability is iffy. I’ve had three of the four break open and leak their contents in one day. And that’s only a few months in with sporadic use.
