I purchased this because my eyelids have been very swollen with allergies and was hoping to get some relief with this cold pack. It is difficult to get properly/comfortably placed. I can’t see the back of my head, so I have no way of knowing where the velcro is. The first the I put it on, the velcro got stuck in my hair, thankfully my husband was home and able to help get it out. But it definitely tore/broke some of my hair. Next time I try to use it I will just lay it on my face rather than strap it on, or might just use the two round pieces.
If you have long hair, use with caution.

Exactly what I was looking for. The eye mask is comfortable and the mask cover is perfect when it’s too cold for my eyes. The single eye pads have been very useful as well!

This pack is definitely COLD and does hold coldness for specified time required by my eye surgery.The velcro should be made longer on the straps to accommodate a smaller head size. All in all, it is effective. It does take over an. hour, so it is necessary for post surgery treatment to have another cold mask. All in all if is pretty good.

Para el modo de compresa fría dura bastante tiempo (+20 min) y eso me agrada. Que venga con otro par de geles circulares también es otro plus que se agradece. Son de buena calidad respecto a construcción. Solamente un poco complicado para que se acomode a mi rostro. Pero en general los recomiendo.

Saw a few reviews talking about it being smaller so I included a picture. Not sure if they have bigger heads or were sent a different product but this very much covers most of my face, just like the picture. I’ve used it frozen, cold from the fridge, and warmed in the microwave. It performs as expected. The cloth cover is comfortable and soft. It is a pain in the ass to get onto the mask, which is my only complaint about the product. I’ve been able to just leave it on the mask when I put it into the fridge or microwave and it’s just fine. The freezer is a different story, but that’s to be expected. The gel also does indeed stay somewhat pliable, which was a nice surprise to me. I can Velcro the mask nice and tight and it curves perfectly around my face without issue.
As far as how long it stays cold/hot: From the freezer, I found it easily stayed cold for the 15 mins I use it for. Same goes for from the fridge. Honestly, I have started keeping it in the fridge as the freezer is just too cold for me (temp sensitivities), but the fridge is perfect and it accomplishes what I need. For heat, I only use that for 5 mins and it stays warm just fine. Putting it on for 30 secs total (5 secs at a time per instructions) seems to be a good butter zone. Only 5 or 10 secs more made it far too hot for me. It does seem to cool a bit faster with only 30 secs, but again, it lasts the 5 mins I need it for.
Wasn’t a fan of adding in the smaller pads. I noticed a lot of other migraine users mentioning how it got deeper into the eye socket. For me, even without it I can feel the cold in there, and the added pads were uncomfortable. But, certainly worth trying. I still get use out of them keeping them in the freezer for any bumps and scraps someone gets.
Overall, this mask is exactly what I needed and then some. It’s been perfect for migraines and eye strain. It’s comfy, lasts for what I need, and seems very well made and designed. Would fully recommend.

Just had eye surgery. These were by far the easiest and most comfortable to use rather than using a bag filled with lumpy ice that hurt my eyes when applied. Would recommend!

Product arrived all good from a distant place. I tried it right away. So far, it is soft and remain flexible when put in the freezer. It cost more than the others but I am satisfied with the shape, flexibility and softer feel to the skin. Thank you.

I had upper eye lid surgery. These are so comfortable and easy to use, it’s amazing. They have two separate disks with a pouch so it’s not too cold on the eyes . Than you use the wrap which has a Velcro strap on the back for east adjustment . this is also frozen, These are the Best for any kind of swollen eyes surroundings. The cost is well worth it.
