First, the bottle looked like it had been opened before. It didn’t have any kind of seal and it looked only half full. STILL.. I kept it to try it. I have tried it on my lips, my eyes, everywhere, and it hasn’t done anything! Not even a tiny bit of smoothness.
Will continue to use, will update if I see ANY results.

I buy one or two of these once a year. I don’t how how it works but it seems to help a lot with moisture overall. My lips ands face feel softer. I only add a drop or two to product that I’m already putting on my face. Used directly it actually causes irritation and drying. Weird. But I love it.

I have used about half the bottle and the dropper is already breaking. I have been very gentle with the dropper as I only use one drop each night, and yet it’s coming apart. The product is seeping out of the top, leading me to question how sanitary it is. The product works, but I’m going to have to toss half of it because of the bottle. Look elsewhere!
Update: After posting my review they reached out to refund me, so I feel more confident recommending this product. If there are issues with your bottle, reach out to them!

I was excited to try this Volufilline after I read about it benefits, particularly for my lips. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I’ve been using it for at least a week now and I haven’t really seen much of a difference. It doesn’t seem to really change anything. It is a clear serum with no discernible odor. It’s a little bit on the greasy side, but it’s not overwhelming it . has not irritated some people so that’s good!

I’ve been using this product for ~7 weeks now, twice per day most days. I saw a noticeable increase in lip fullness after just a couple weeks of regular use. I am also using it on nasolabial folds, under my eyes and on my forehead/brows. There’s a slight improvement in those areas as well, but it is slower than lips.
I mixed 1.5oz of cream with 3 dropperfuls (30ish drops) of volufiline and put in an empty airless pump bottle for precise dispensing. Less than a pea sized amount covers all treatment areas, and I apply morning and night.
I’ve had zero irritation or dryness since mixing with cream, the product is clearly working well at this dilution rate, and at current usage rates I should get at least 6 months out of one bottle of volufiline, so this is an excellent value at ~$3 per month for all ingredients.
Additional notes:
The thinner the skin, the faster it seems to work, so lips reacted quickly, under eyes started to show changes next, then nasolabial folds, and I’m just starting to see changes in forehead/brow lines after I started really massaging it in well there.
I initially tried using this product undiluted and it caused some slight redness, irritation and dry flaky skin within 48 hours everywhere I applied it. I wanted a consistent formula so I opted to mix a larger batch of cream rather than mix every time I used it. I mixed it extremely well for several minutes to ensure even dispersion. It’s also a waste of money to use undiluted – you just don’t need that much.
I chose Palmers vitamin E concentrated cream as my carrier because it’s inexpensive but very soothing (for my skin) with a high natural oil content. Volufiline is lipid soluble and lipids penetrate the skin barrier much better than water based molecules. If you’re trying to avoid applying heavy oil content, try mixing with something that’s got a natural emulsifier like snail mucin, and expect results to take longer.

I have thin lips and was tired of goopy lip plumping glosses. 1 drop per top lip, 1 drop per bottom lip – I’ve seen slow but steady results. I do this before bedtime and can feel it working. It’s hard to explain. But in the morning I can rub my lips together and feel a change. Sometimes I put castor oil on first to avoid drying out, but don’t feel it working as much. I’m also putting 1 drop on back of each hand, results not as visible there. Will buy the larger bottle next time for better value. Bottle dropper is poorly designed – dropper only reaches half way in the bottle! Luckily I had a skinny, longer one to use. NOTE TO MANUFACTURER – this needs to be fixed. Even in the picture you put in your listing, it’s clear the dropper is not long enough.

Works very well!!! And am truly impressed! I used on my hand and face and its wonderful! Definitey lives up to its nickname of filler in a bottle! That being said this is sold to be mixed with other products. I have never seen this product talked about where it said to apply directly to skin as one reviewer did. One the bottle it cleary says nano and is advised to be mixed with your moisturizer or serums. This is one of my first medical grade skincare items and it is my fave! I recommend to mix some drops in with Nivea cream or even dove cream. I have used both and they work excellent! Also mix and measure out by your skin’s tolerance and response. I have fairly thick skin already (36yo) and use it for under eye area and hands and mix a generous amount of drops and let it sit in my cream jars. Highly recommend just use correctly!
