Have used this for over 15 years, first started to use it was in Vicenza, Italy. I was there with Vt National Guard and there on base hospital for 2 weeks. I continue to order it!!

This is a scam! With a one-time a day usage (very very minimal under the eye area only), the product lasted for 10 days. Do NOT buy! it’s a SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

Love the shiseido eye creams but this serum isn’t doing it for me. I figured a serum would penetrate the skin better, but I feel like my lines got a bit more pronounced. That could just be normal aging or lack of sleep, so I’m not too concerned with that.
The issue for me is maybe this is too heavy for my skin? I’ve noticed more texture and milia when using this product. I try not to use too much, but I’m probably going to switch back to the eye cream. I feel like the serum might be more suited to older, drier skin- but I assumed it would be lighter than the creams.
Shiseido products are typically good quality so I’d try it out if you want extra hydration, but I also think you can use their eye creams instead.

My skin loves this! The only thing is that after just a few uses it gets hard to get out with the pump. I thought I just had a defective bottle, but the second one does the same thing.

I never had any issues with the old formula. This new one gave me very puffy eyes for 3 days now after 1 application, who knows when it’ll go down. Also never had such a bad reaction to any shiseido before so I was not cautious enough to patch test.

I love this product and have been using it for years with great results. However, the pump on the last two bottles did not work at all no matter what I tried. Since there is no other way to get inside to the serum I had to throw the bottles out. Will not buy this again! So disappointing and frustrating.

I like the product but the pump does not work and there’s no way to access the product other than pumping.
