  1. Disappointed Reader –

    I ordered the LANBENA Retinol Under Eye Patches(30 Pairs). The product came in a shrink wrapped box. The under eye patches are in a jar and come with a pair of tweezers to help you keep the interior of the jar sanitary. The tweezers are a bit hard for me to use to get one under eye patch out at a time but I use these on a freshly washed face and I use my hands to wash my face so they are also freshy cleansed.

    I applied two patches and did a couple of quick things before laying down to relax. The patches mostly stayed put while I was vertical. I did have to reposition them a couple of times. I keep my under eye patches in the refrigerator so these were nice and cooling. I like that these are purple, an uncommon color for under eye patches as they contain retinol and so it’s nice to have the visual reminder that these are different. I believe the different ingredient of these under eye patches might be why the excess serum took a bit longer to soak in. So, if you are using these in the morning maybe build in a little extra time before doing your makeup.

    I liked these under eye patches. It was a relaxing experience and my eyes felt moisturized after use.

    I really liked some things and not others, so I will break it down. Packaging is cute, but my box was very dented so not giftable. Luckily I am keeping these for myself. Outer packaging was nice and sealed, which I love. Ingredients are clearly listed along with directions, although “3 times a week or as needed” is a bit confusing because you wonder if more than that isn’t appropriate. Tweezers couldn’t grasp the thin patches, but I just used my clean fingers. I keep them in the fridge and even just for the cold factor they reduce puffiness fairly quickly, especially if you use them right before applying make up. 7X has no context and is confusing. 30 pairs is generous for the price since most places sell them in a pack of two for $3.00, so it’s a good bang for your buck. The 24K gold references are misleading unless they are referring to the color of the patches and then they should be more clear. These stayed on well, didn’t slip, have enough moisture in the container that they won’t dry up and felt good when I was done using. Overall would recommend.

    The first question I get from friends about these under the eye patches is “do they really work?”.
    They do work if your expectations are simply more moisture, slightly reduced dark circles and reduced fine lines. To reduce puffiness, I put these in the fridge and the cold reduces the puff around the eyes (or wherever you want to apply them).

    These under the eye masks can also be used on other parts of the face and this generous 60 masks (30 pairs) will last me about a month as I also use these to add moisture around my “crows feet”. I find that these do not impact deep wrinkles but fine lines are definitely moisturized to look minimized.

    These LANBENA Vitamin C Under Eye Patches have good staying power on the eyes, so I can walk around in the morning while wearing them. I’ve worn these at night, but they simply end up falling off and the effect of these eyepatches is really only a few hours. These are perfect for a morning routine. I put them on while getting ready for work and apply makeup as my last task. Make up application around the eyes is definitely better after applying these because the area is moist, less puffy, and ready for foundation (on dry days – like winter with the heaters on -, I add an additional moisturizer).

    Most of the face masks I use with serum do not really target under the eyes – the two piece facial masks are better, but these under the eye masks work well to hit the sensitive area under my eyes,

    These LANBENA Vitamin C Under Eye Patches come with a little scoop to get the individual eye patches out of the small plastic tub. I use sanitized tweezers with the scoop so ensure I’m not touching the eye patches because using my fingers just introduces bacteria into the tub (there are no preservatives or alcohol in this product).

    The last bit to add here is the quality. There are so many under the eye patches to choose from and these LANBENA Vitamin C Under Eye Patches are higher quality than many others. These under the eye masks have a tamper resistant seal, a lot number and expiration date, ingredient transparency – everything is clearly listed, including instructions, a LANBENA storefront on Amazon, and a quality seal and authenticity seal for brand integrity (made in China).

    I really like these LANBENA Vitamin C Under Eye Patches and will likely order again.

  4. Minor-League –

    There are many patches out there lately; apparently, it’s a trend. Well, it’s a good trend. I have tried multiple types – for under the eye, forehead, and even the lip area, and multiple varieties from different manufacturers – with collagen, 24K gold, hyaluronic acid, and I honestly can’t tell the difference. They do work, but the effect is the same, regardless of what type and ingredients you put on. I think the effect is in the prolonged moisture, at least that’s what I see.

    These are under eye – and they work great. I leave mine overnight, and in the morning, all I have left is a thin film. The effect is short-lasting, as expected, but when you need to get ready for a special day, or even just to pamper yourself, it’s great. I love these patches and have made them a regular part of my skincare routine.

    With this product, you also get quite a generous supply – 30 pairs – that will last almost six months with biweekly use. Great value for money!
