Very hard, small opening and keeps your face to low to breath good. I unfortunately tossed the “packaging” which was a plastic bag, so now I can’t return it .

It collapses!!! There is no support to hold it up. Your face is squashed into your bed. No chin support. It push up against your chin causing your teeth to dig in to your bottom inside lip. Such a waste of money!!! That is what I get for not reading the reviews before I bought it.
