The Truthfull –
Just stay away from this company’s product. I have bought and used a vast majority of their products including both the skin and hair and have not experienced ANY improvement or whatsoever. As the one reviewer said with all their products skin feels a bit sticky upon application and that is all folks. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

I tried a number of skin care products hoping to reduce puffiness under my eyes. Nothing worked from drug store brands, high retail products, and patented medical products. Coupling this product within your eye regime works wonders!

I followed the instructions and diluted the tube content 3%, it did not work. 5% did not work and finally just used the content straight – did not work. Skin feels a bit sticky but no shrinking action for my under eye bags. Not sure what is in this tube.
