It is very soothing and it shrinks under eye bags. I pit it on at night too. It makes my under eye bags feel better.

I ordered this to fix the puffiness under my eyes. It contained a lot of chemical ingredients but caffeine and retinol are both at the end of the list under trace ingredients. Trace ingredients means a small amount that it is almost not included. It advertised caffeine and retinol as the major ingredients but they are not according to the label. The seller needs to correct this.
I have been applying it every morning for 4 days now. I do not expect any changes that will occur because the advertised ingredients are small amounts. It did not cause any firming or tightening sensation but it moisturized my puffiness a little bit. It was not sticky and got absorbed quickly but dispensed a great deal of serum if rolled repetitiously. One bottle may not last 3 weeks because it is only 0.28 fl oz. It is expensive for a trace amount of caffeine and retinol.

Works well, I keep it in butter compartment in Refrigerator, keeps it nice and cool, helps for puffy under eyes,, will buy again.

This nice eye serum arrived in a plastic sealed box, so I felt assured of it being new and sanitary, especially with a listed expiration date of next year. I gently pressed the “trigger” until the translucent gel was visible around the edges of the ball. Then I applied it to each eye area as stated in the clear directions. The metal roller ball was cool and soothing on my puffy eyes, and the gel had no discernable scent. It absorbed well within minutes. There is no tight feeling, because there is no magnesium or egg white pretending to be skin tightening ingredients. Hours later I notice no stickiness or other residue, and feel like some eye puffiness has decreased. I’m not expecting overnight miracles, but I feel that regular proper use of this serum can improve eye appearance. It has caffeine, so it should be able to help that area. I have sensitive allergy eyes, but notice no stinging, burning, itching, or redness after using the product. As always, consult your doctor, and do a skin patch test to make sure you aren’t allergic to ingredients.

I have mild bags underneath my eyes when i wake up and/or when I’m really exhausted. I got my gf a snail mucin package one time on Amazon and she loves that stuff, so she suggested for me to try this snail serum specifically for my undeeye area. It’s super easy to apply with the roller tip and provides moisture and nutrions for my skin. You can see the difference when using regularly and my puffiness is almost fully gone.
