    I really like this eye mask. I work long hours on computers everyday and got eyestrain. I normally use hot towels to relax my eyes until I found this eye mask. It is easier and cleaner than hot towels. Before using it, just put it in the microwave for 20 seconds, and the heat can last for 10 mins above. Once you place the mask on your eyes, you can feel the eye muscles are healing and recovering (just like an eye spa 🙂

    I’ve used it a couple of times and it is a very solid product. Highly recommend!!!

    A hole appeared while heating in the microwave (as per the instructions) and the balls started falling out everywhere. It’s no longer usable, and I asked for a replacement, given I’d only used the mask about 15 times since I bought it and at the price sold; hence one would expect it to be much more durable. Amazon initially replied to my request that “The seller associated with your order or enquiry has left the Amazon store or is no longer able to receive any further email communications.” After a phone call, they refunded it, so excellent customer service from Amazon, thank you.

    This is a very helpful product if you have dry, itchy eyes. I’ve tried different products that have heat therapy. But this product is much better because of the moist heat that is generated by the beads. The moisture really helps. Excellent quality. Easy and comfortable to use.

    This eye mask is so soothing, you really feel it working straight away. I’ve suddenly started having watery and stinging eyes. Thought I’d try this first before visiting a doctor. I used it twice yesterday for 6 mins each time and already my eyes seem less watery in just one day. I would definitely recommend.

    I have been having issues with dry eyes and my doctor recommended moist heat to help. This eye mask is perfect! I holds heat for about 10 minutes and really does provide moist heat. I like that the cover is removable and washable. The instructions say to heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds but that feels a little too warm for me – 18 seconds is the perfect temp for me but microwave times may vary so play with a time that works best for you!

    This eye mask is very well made and soft. I like the included blue cover to protect the pads from getting gunked up. Other brands make you buy the covers separately. I use these for Blepharitis to clean my eye lids. The only con is that they don’t stay warm for long. I heat them up in the microwave. By the time I get upstairs and put them on, they’re almost cool and no longer warm.

    Eye Dr suggested this and I’m glad I did. It is not heavy but slightly weighted and after it is heated in the microwave it really makes my eyes feel better. I like the strap. It holds the mask securely in place if I’m sitting up.
