I’m super happy to have found this at a reasonable price. My mom wanted to make fried food, but I’ve been reading up about how most seed oils have components (PUFAs, omega-6 fatty acids) that break down in frying in a way that seems linked to inflammation and maybe cancer. This high-oleic oil doesn’t do that according to the science (when you use it for home frying at least).
It gave an incredible “clean” taste to the food — no weird off-notes like how soybean oil can taste “painty” — just simple delicious fried yumminess! My mom reused it for frying twice and the food still tasted great. I believe this would make it ideal for cakes and other uses where you don’t want to have a noticeable oily taste. And I love that it’s organic: protect the bees!

Got this oil for cosmetic use thought it was a great price for the amount you get haven’t used it yet so I’m not sure about the quality. Bit I’m sure it’ll be just fine for lotions , face creams etc will buy again
