This beard butter provides just the right amount of hold without being too oily like others I’ve tried. The scent is also not too overpowering and Minion’s secret formula is wife approved 👍🏼

Doesn’t smell unpleasant, however it also doesn’t smell like cherry or tobacco which is what I wanted. Will not purchase again.

Right off the bat I’ll say this smells far, far better than the other coffee-scented bear butters I’ve used. I cycle between beard products, I’ve got three beard butters that I switch between and three beard balms I switch between. This beard butter is the only one that’s a solid at room temperature, the others are creamy. Additionally, and I don’t know if this is just a problem with my jar or not, when it got to me it was a mass of solid tiny beads.
Working it with my hands took a while before it was smooth. What I’ve done now is used a double-boiler to melt the whole jar down and used a whisk to break the beads down. It’s smoother now and works in faster while providing the same feel once applied.

I lack face fuzz, but this works like a nice medium hold non-greasy pomade. I only use a quarter of what I normally would for a decent hold that I can remold throughout the day. I do rub it in warm hands for a minute or so than work it through my hair. I also use a hoghair brush to really work it in.
