I appreciate there’s no fragrance added. Not the best smell though. Smells kind of earthy. Works well.

I saw an Instagram influencer talking about this as the last step of their “glass skin” hydrating regimen. I have combo skin that gets very dry and very oily, and I’ve also ruined my moisture barrier with too many actives and acids. Now I’m dealing with flakiness and redness. I was hesitant to put this on my face fearing breakouts. NOPE. This is the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. Can’t say how this will work in the summer heat, but in the cold months so far this is incredible. While I’ve gone cold turkey on all acids and actives to help my skin recover, this balm alone has significantly reduced oil production. I use a pea-sized amount on damp skin to help seal in moisture, twice a day. All redness, uneven skin tone, zits, and oil are gone. I can’t believe this balm does exactly what I’ve been searching for for 25 years. Nothing I’ve bought from Sephora works as well as this. I’m giving these away to all my friends and family as stocking stuffers because it’s that great. I’m going out without makeup because I can’t believe how clear and calm my skin is. On the days I do wear a tinted moisturizer to the office, this works as the best primer. No pores or texture, just glowing, radiant, clear skin. If you have oily skin, this doesn’t have leave the emollient slip that a lot of moisturizers do. It absorbs into the skin and has a very smooth almost dry (but not drying) finish that works beautifully with every makeup product I’ve tried. I will buy this for life. The only downside that others may be bothered about is the scent. I have sensitive skin and don’t like perfumed products on my face. This doesn’t smell bad, but because it’s natural, it has an earthy scent that quickly fades. This isn’t a problem for me, and I prefer unscented products, but if you’re looking for a luxury scented moisturizer, this ain’t it. The benefits absolutely outweigh that one con, if that’s a deciding factor for you.

I’ve been buying Musella products for 7 years. My daughter suffers from acute eczema and nothing helps. She was prescribed steroids but I wanted to find a natural solution. It helped her right away, her dry spots got better. We had a long cold winter and my lips got extremely dry. So I decided to try it on myself. It said on a package that it’s safe to use it on face, lips and entire body. It has an avocado smell to it. It’s not greasy. I’m pleased with it.

It is extremely moisturizing . Good size tube because I use as a facial moisturizer. The scent is very natural , not very appealing but not gross either but that’s because it is so natural .

I like natural scents rather than added fragrance so I wanted to try this. It smells terrible — not like avocado but like dirt. The scent doesn’t linger but I miss applying something that smells naturally good. If I can’t return it I may need to suffer through the smell to see if it works miracles on my skin. I like that it’s vegan, has multiple uses and is in aluminum, not plastic.
