I have been using pears soap for years! Used it on my 4 children’s skin skin since they were babies .the yellowish one it’s great still .I’m so happy that it still on the market .it’ was a great soap than and now!!

Pear’s makes excellent hand soap. Great lather, feel, smell – I like everything about it. Doesn’t work quite as well as shower soap as it doesn’t always feel completely rinsed off whole body.

I had just finished remodeling my bathroom and I was ordering items specifically to decorate the room to look fabulous for a photo shoot. Everything I ordered matched perfectly except the Pear’s soap. The picture on the soap box showed the soap as translucent and the description said the soap was translucent. The soap is not translucent as the picture of the actual bar shows. The soap smells delicious and I assume it is a fabulous bar of soap, but the color does not match the rest of the bathroom accessories. I am not going to send it back because I needed a blue soap for the photo shoot but I am disappointed the actual bar did not match the description.

My husband is picky about his soap, he doesn’t want over the top smell, anything that leaves a “slimy lotion feel”, etc. I bought the amber version first, and he liked it but wasn’t a huge fan of the smell, so I bought this one to try. We can both use it, it cleans beautifully and doesn’t leave a film at all, and it doesn’t dry your skin at all either. Great product, will decently buy again.

I am tired of refilling soap bottles and it’s a hassle to recycle the plastic. Also, every liquid soap I’ve tried dries out my skin. These bars smell good, don’t dry out my hands, and packaging is easy to recycle. Won’t be using liquid soap anymore!
