If it wasn’t for the scent I would have loved it and given it five stars, but the fragrance is too off putting for me to get past. It’s not overly heavy but it is a smell that just doesn’t agree with me so I won’t be using it
Other than that it’s a very fine well made product that says it is cruelty free and made in the USA. It contains a lot of good moisturizing ingredients and it absorbs well with no heavy residue. It has a medium bodied creamy texture that is pleasant to the touch. If you can tolerate the scent, which I don’t really know how to describe other than perfumey, than you will be happy with the Aniise body cream

Aniise Antioxidant Body Cream with Calming Wild Yam Lavender Shea Butter and Avocado-4.0 oz is velvety rich textured cream that has a beautiful light lavender scent! Love it! The silky cream glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly hydrating my skin leaving it soft to the touch. This is my first body cream that has wild yam in it and I like it’s benefit of wrinkle reduction. It’s a very good rich velvety cream and I will continue to use.

This body cream moisturizes really well with just the smallest amount, and it feels great on the skin. It really moisturizes without feeling heavy or feeling oily. It has a very light scent, which is great if you’re sensitive to strong scents. My only complaint is the packaging that it came in. The box it came in was damaged and opened, and there was no seal on the inside of the jar, so when I opened it, it was a little messy and covered on the backside of the lid. Overall, a really pleasant moisturizer.

My wife used this cream for after a shower to give her body a smooth feel. It does go on easily and gives your skin a moisturizing effect. The body cream isn’t thick or gooey and doesn’t feel sticky at all. There is a hint of a fragrance to it but nothing strong, which is a good thing. The bottle is very nice.

This body cream is very hydrating and moisturizing and has some excellent ingredients. I’m not a huge fan of lavender as a scent, but thankfully it’s now overpowering. This cream is rich and keeps skin moisturized overnight, but isn’t overly greasy. My skin felt very soft and silky after using this medium weight cream.
