The mitt is so small that it barely fits my hand and I’m a petite person. It really doesn’t exfoliate at all. The surface is too smooth.

Best little gloves that I have found in a while. They look like textured ovenmits but they get the job done without having to soak for a long time. Makes your skin a little red but just for a little while. I would not use aggressively on face but it’s great for if you are prone to ingrown hairs.

I’m not sure what fabric these are made of but they feel like viscose. They have a soft terry kind of lining so they don’t shrink up as much as pure viscose does. If you ever had viscose mitts without the lining you know it’s not easy getting you hand in after it has been wetted and dried. These are what I use while in the sauna which is my best exfoliating time. To dry them I got a tip from someone to turn them inside out because they dry faster that way. I think these are big enough to fit even most men’s hands in case you can convince him that exfoliating is a good idea =}

I was pleased at how gentle the exfoliation is with the Gomew glove. It’s definitely doing its job of removing dead skin cells and stimulating the skin, but I didn’t have that sense of being “scraped at” that I’ve had with other exfoliators in the past. A pair of exfoliating gloves that I tried years ago were so harsh that I quickly got rid of them, and loofahs always seem way too scratchy. But the Gomew glove moved smoothly over my skin without irritation. I used it in the bath, where it immediately became part of my bubble bath ritual. I’ll try it in the shower next.
The seller says it’s suitable for all skin types and is safe on sensitive areas like a bikini line. I used it on my face with a light touch, and a bit heavier touch on the rest of my body. When I was done I rinsed out the glove and hung it above the tub to dry.
The gloves are sold as a pair. They’re both yellow, white and gray, but with different geometric designs that pair well. I suppose you could wear two at once, but I’m just using one. I’ve tucked the second away for future use, after the first glove commits its final exfoliation.

These exfoliating mitts have a fun and funky design that almost reminds me of a vintage oven mitt. You get one for each hand and can use them to clean anywhere in reach. They exfoliate well without being too rough. My skin is happy with them. I’d get these again.

They look like kitchen mitts! I did use them with water, but not soap. They exfoliated really well! They got rid of almost all the ingrown hairs on my legs 🙂 I was really impressed. It didn’t sting, either. I did use it in a circular motion like the instructions on the product page says. It doesn’t come with instructions (or maybe it does? I can’t read the language on the tag). After using it I rinsed it, wrung it out and hung it up to dry.
They were a little big on me (for reference I usually wear a size S glove), but it’s a mitt so it didn’t matter. It wasn’t hard to use and it didn’t fall off or anything.
They are made neatly. The sewing is even without any loose strings. The seams on the inside are not finished, though (see closeup). There’s some elastic on the wrist area.
Much like!

I usually avoid exfoliating gloves because they’re scratchy and awful on my skin. These are not scratchy at all and do a good job of exfoliating. I like them much better than those made of jute or loofah. Of course, I have no idea what these are made of. The description says “made from 250D natural plant-based fibers” which is vague at best. The tag is in Chinese so who knows? The gloves have no weird scent and feel fine, so I’m comfortable using them.
These come in a zippered poly bag which makes storing them easy. The colors are cheerful and they look good in my shower. There is a loop for hanging but it’s small and doesn’t work on some of my hooks. That said, it works on one and I’ll make do. My only other quibble is the price, which at $17 for 2 is expensive. These have a limited life span and I doubt that I’ll find the light exfoliation these provide to be worth the cost, especially when there are many lower-priced options for exfoliating my skin.
